They are always so kind and helpful I guess it has been almost 19 years since I first started with Dr. Mitchell and I do not know what I would do without her Her compassion with all the puppies and kitty’s has made the pain of losing them through the years less painful I know they always were in good hands and are smiling down on all of you Thank you for all you do

Coronavirus conditions made access unusual. Precautions were appropriate and staff was helpful. The thorough examination and explanantion by Dr. Bell was very much appreciated. Dr. Bell was accessible by telephone and patient and considerate. I am grateful for her attention.

Dr Wilkerson, Lindsey and Stephanie are worth the drive to Graylyn. Other Windcrest locations are within a couple miles from our home but we would rather drive the distance for our Harley to be seen by Dr Wilkerson. We have absolute trust in him. Thank you for the great care you gave Harley this week. He’s back to his usual happy self.

Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything to us and go through everything we needed to know. Would recommend to anyone! They were also doing a great job during the changes needed due to Covid 19

Due to the virus we r facing today, the service was outstanding. The assistant that greeted us was professional. When she came out to get our pet, she was very caring and patient. ( our pet didn’t want to get out of the car or go inside the office ). Outstanding!!!!!!

Windcrest staff is great. My puppy has been a patient for 10 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her care.

Given the necessary distance, this was a very good appointment. While it was difficult to hand my dog over and not be present for her appointment, I felt confident that she was being well taken care of, that her needs were being met and the staff was being careful with her. I appreciate the level of care given the circumstances

Was unable to enter the building due to Covid-19 times! Every time I have entered Talleyville Veterinary Hospital, the building has been clean and the staff has always been welcoming.

You went the extra mile. When the dog chewed his leash, you repaired it with nylon thread.. . not something one would expect from the doctor. You all took great care of our Foxy.

Wasn t able to go in because of the pandemic....so number 6 is not applicable. Everyone was wearing masks when they approached my car so I liked that.

Everything was great! We appreciate all that was done for us and our pet.

Dr. Hansel was so nice and explained everything out to me about my Charlie and his teeth issues. The vet techs are always fabulous to my cats.
