I did not get in office. All the care was excellent. Dr. called and talked to us. This is a excellent office: our dog is nervous (rescue dog) and requires patience. All you staff and Drs. do a great job.Thanks

With the covid precautions everything was well handled. The ques abo e dont really apply. The only thought was that it seemed like at least 1 dog may have been bathed before anal gland was expressed because the odor was really strong. That s why we have them bathed when their anak glans are expressed. Other then that everything was great.

I went during the Covid 19 situation and they couldnt have been more helpful, safe and still caring for my pet!!!!! But then again they always ARE!!!!

Employees were awesome! Very nice and there was just about no waiting. Other vets typically take 30 minutes after my appointment to help me. The only negative was the price. They are pricey compared to other vets I have been to.

As a first time patient for our pet,Rufus, we were extremely satisfied with your service and compassion. Rufus was comfortable in your care without me in the room.

Dr. Anthony & the staff are awesome & always take such good care of my dog. I can’t speak to the office facilities being clean as the tech came outside to pick up my dog for her dental due to changes made due to the Corona virus pandemic. However, I have never not been satisfied with the cleanliness so I have no reason to believe I would not have been this last time.

I would like to commend your whole staff with your care of our beloved Lola, as difficult as it was to watch her health decline, your doctors and nurses were amazingly comforting. Thank you for making her last few days as good as they possibly could be. Thank you all, The Becker Family

Unfortunately, I was unable to meet with anyone other than the receptionist who was extremely helpful. Thanks to all for your emergency help.

My two dogs have had appointments in the last few weeks. With the COVID-19 issues, they have handled the situation in a wonderful manner.....Very timely in getting the dog, explaining what was done, the follow-up and the bill. Dr. Anthony and team are doing a magnificent job and I would not want my four-legged buddies to be be seen anywhere else.

Dr. Havilland is our vet and you can tell by the way she interacts with them that she loves our parrots. She takes her time with each one and doesn t try to push it with them. Even though they are a little tense because of being seen by the vet, she does her best to put them at ease. WooHoo to Dr. Havilland and her tech. The technician with Dr. Havilland. she s taken care of our birds during visits before too, and I m sorry to admit I don t remember her name, was terrific with them too.
