While I was very happy with the emergency service I was disappointed on the follow-up after my second visit. I called in to pickup fluids which was suppose to be available if needed and noted in my record. I realize I called in after regular hours but the technician was very rude and un-accommodating. I realize they were very busy at the time but she made no effort to allow me to come at a’less’busy time. She told me she would put me on a call back list but I never did receive a callback.

Computer system needs improvement. It takes too long for front desk personnel to access account information, stalling even the simplest check in procedure, causing long wait times and wasted time. This has been an ongoing problem , acknowledged by staff but apparently ignored by management.

I’ve had a few emergency visits over the years and this was the most pleasant. The Vet on that night was very pleasant and didn’t push for a bunch of expensive procedures as I’ve had happen in the past.

I was pleased to know that the staff gave Macho lots of TLC and comfort during his recent dental cleaning and extracting 2 teeth procedure. The staff really cares about animals, and it shows. Thank you all! - Ellie Munson.

Dr.Anthony is a great vet. He takes his time with my dogs and explains what he is doing or what needs to be done. He always will answer any questions.

Prior to arrival and, not being from the area, I got lost. I called the office and the staff were so kind and helpful, they directed me and, within a few short minutes I was at the hospital checking in. It must be stated that any facility with staff this caring and patient must be a most worthwhile facility. I am glad I found you. Thank you.

Jacquline was very nice and explained everything to me. She seemed like she genuinely cared about my dog and she wasn’t another number. The front desk staff was nice. The doctor was super sweet and took the time to explain everything to my husband who picked up our 7mths old puppy from being fixed. (Was gonna go into heat litterly any day/hour) most of the staff is always super nice and friendly, only a few who give you the cold shoulder and arnt super friendly. Would love to come back all the time but certain things prices are high on & the average person doesn’t have $300-$500 for a vet bill.

Dear Windcrest Staff, I wish to thank you with all my heart for your care of our Morgan on Monday night. I am sure you did your best to make her comfortable and I am also sorry for the stress she may have caused any of you. As an avid watcher of canine rescue shows, I am aware of the stress that dogs in shelters seem to go through. Having found her at a shelter I can only imagine the fear she felt being placed in a run. Again, I know you did your best to comfort her. Thank you again for your patience and care of her. She has returned to her joyful self being home.
