There were 2 ladies out front, ones name was Shelly but, THEY WERE AMAZING!! Made me feel like family!

we really appreciate all you all do to help us rescue these thrown away Cocker Spaniels. We came to you in 2016 and we had two cross the bridge with great dignity and the best of care (catfish and ben) and we now, with your help have two more dogs healing and living very dignified lives. We really appreciate all of you, answering our questions and helping us give them the care they so deserve. I want to thank you ?? Our 23 year old cat who also passed this year and was Dr Cassidy’s oldest feline patient was given a whole extra year to live thanks to you all, All of the vets, everyone, the techs, we really do thank you. i wish services were not so expensive, because we take in the elderly sick and blind and it does cost a lot. But you get what you pay for and we appreciate the level of care and concern that we get at Windcrest Animal Hospital ??

Overall I am very dissatisfied. I was overcharged on my billing. And the vet inflicted more pain than necessary on my Bird!

I was just there for grooming.

I find the whole staff does a wonderful job. They are all so loving and caring. Keep up the good work!!!

This was a grooming appointment and I was not called when my dog was done. I called to check and would prefer to be notified so I can pick her up as soon as possible.

Dr. Was very friendly and handled Cody very carefully, and gently.

Everyone we ve seen is amazing, Dr. Ravey was kind and explained things, Hannah is a treasure and the vet tech we had was great too, but i can t remember her name. We love coming here because you can tell the staff love our animals as much as we do and are invested in their care. Dr. Wilkerson took the time to go over her diagnosis again and help us not panic. Won t go anywhere else

They should not charge to shave butt for anal gland check. $43 is ridiculous

This was our second emergency visit to Windcrest and while I hope it will be our last, we have been so pleased with the care that your staff showed our older, scared kitty. She is not an easy one to deal with but everyone was wonderful and even tried their best to make sure that the fur that had to get shaved was as even as possible. I have received follow-up calls every day from someone at Windcrest to check in on her and can t thank you enough for taking the time to do that. If we have another after-hours emergency there is no other place we would want to take her to. Thanks again!

Everybody was great, bill was a little more than I hoped

They really failed to discuss prices as they continued to recommend many procedures and medications. They only discussed the price when it was extremely significant that I would notice or at least that how I felt about it.

Last week I took my elderly mother s cat to your facility. (When my mother is no longer able to care for the cat, the cat will move into my townhouse in Hockessin.). I appreciate the concern shown for my mother and her cat. Thank you!

Visit was superb! Paco was even comfortable during the exam. Appreciated the follow up call from Dr. Anthony. Wish you had a “satellite” in Sussex County but you are worth the travel distance!

Dr. Wilkerson and his staff are excellent.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with the entire encounter beginning with the comfort I received when I called to schedule the appt through to the last thing as I was offered help to my car and escorted to the door. Doctor, technicians, staff at registration were greatest. And after spending too much money in emergency hospital for her 4 day stay prior, I felt more confident here at Windcrest and price was right. Also the original vet hospital I had her records sent to wouldnt see her and told me to take her back to ER after I felt like I was beginning to plead with them. I am still steaming about that. But anyway, Windcrest saved the day for me. Kitty is doing fine and we both happy!

The staff is always so kind to Jack (my dog). In addition to being friendly and compassionate, they are very professional. Drs. Stoltzfus and Hensel are great. As a doctor, myself, I appreciate the thoroughness of their exams and their thought process in determining how to best treat Jack.

The entire staff was very friendly & welcoming. Dr. ReVay was very pleasant and extremely helpful in explaining how to care for our turtle. She gave us some detailed information and some suggestions to make our turtle more comfortable. I would definitely recommend her and your office to others.
