I enjoyed my visit. The staff was kind, sincere and professional. It was helpful to wait in the room as suggested by a vet tech after there were multiple dogs in the waiting room. It may be helpful for people to understand the costs of specific shots/tests before they’re done. I take some of the blame as I did not ask— but I was surprised by the size of the bill. Maybe a chart with prices would be good. Thank you

All six questions receive the highest rating. Recently I lost my vet of more than eight years. I am so happy to find Dr. Stoltzfus and her helpers! I care much more about my animal children s medical care than I do my own. No more worries now!!

I normally don t have any problems but this time, it felt very disorganized and rushed. I was also upset to see that certain things did not seem cleaned. For example, the tub that reptiles sit in for weighing and baths and such did not look clean. The last thing I want is for my reptile to get something from another potentially-ill reptile, or for another small animal to get something from one. I also wasn t told about the pricing of things until after they occurred, and they didn t explain everything out as well as they should have.

Brought my chinchilla in Saturday and i was extremely happy with my service. The vet was so friendly and spent alot of time making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. The tech who saw us before the vet came in (dani) was so friendly as well and the girl at the front counter was super sweet too. I 100% wont go anywhere else for future appointments

My dog was boarded for 8 days and when I picked him up I was sent home with medication that I didnt find until later in the day. I was not informed that I was being sent home with medication.

We really love the excellent customer service at Windcrest. It s always difficult to leave our dog when we travel, but we feel so much more comfortable knowing she is being well taken care of at Windcrest. Shelly and Julia are the best....please commend them for the love and kindness they show toward our pet. GREAT JOB!
