Liked how the Doctors sat on the floor to examine Gertie and put her at ease. Made the experience much better for Gertie.

Need more help as the wait for the vet, medicine, invoice was too long. about 2 hours in total.

The tech that took care of Meco was a 5 star employee. She took the time to explain things and help me understand the care for my Bearded dragon since I’m a first time mommy! I have full trust in Dr Stoltzfus and her team of Vet Techs. The practice is well run, I get all the time I need to ask questions, and the entire office staff is helpful and professional. We are lucky to have such a capable veterinary practice in our community.

We came in as a called-ahead emergency. It would have been more helpful to have more frequent updates on what was going on so we didn t have to worry.

Gracie and I had an exceptional experience! I would like to acknowledge the associates who took care of us but did not write any names down. Reception/check-in, tech who escorted us back to exam room & reviewed history, two that came in to draw blood, another who gave her a perfect mani and pedi better known as a nail dremel. And of course, our favorite, Dr. Cassidy! It is always wonderful to see her... Simple said, we felt special and appreciate the care and thoughtfulness. Thank you all!
