We have appreciated the kindness and professionalism of everyone who has worked to diagnose and treat our skinny pig, Pink!

The only issue we had is that we had brought a fecal sample and were told we would be called with the results, whether positive or negative. The sample was brought in on a Tuesday and heard nothing. We called Saturday and were told that there were no problems.

While undergoing a very traumatic experience windcrest staff was extremely professional and caring to both myself and my little girl. They were very honest, informative, and supportive while our dog was recovering. I could not have asked for better care than we received. Luckily our girl survived and we are so very happy to have our sweetheart home with us!

Fantastic treatment and service as always

The staff was very good with my iguana. Even with his snaps of frustration they showed no fear, and were able to do a thorough evaluation of the wounds he had received that night. Worth the hour and a half drive!

I was unable to click to save my ratings, but I chose 5 for all questions. Dr. Anthony and Melissa were the most compassionate team to ever work on any of my cats. I ve been going to Windcrest since 1992, and I m absolutely thrilled that the exam is done AFTER trust is gained with the cat. My cat and I received tremendous care, questions were answered in terms that I could understand, and the experience, while extremely scary due to my cat s illness, was probably the best experience I ve ever had at a vet s office.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone &in the office was very pleasant & helpful. Harold in the Graylyn office was particularly understanding,patient,& informative when I spoke with him on 2 phone conversations. Dr Morgan Dawkins gave Scooter a thorough exam & took time with us during the appt. Dani had a very calm way with Scooter and us which was helpful since we were a bit anxious over Scooters condition.

This was my first experience with Windcrest s emergency services after leaving an emergency provider that was closer to me due to a very poor experience. I ve known of Windcrest for a long time through my partner, Sylvia Davis, who is a client there, and has always been very pleased, so coming there was an easy decision. I was very pleased with every aspect of Leah s care as a patient and how I was treated as a client. It s comforting to know I have people I can turn to who I can trust with my cats most urgent needs.

Dr. Wilkerson suggested trying a low-protein dry food for my dog, but it appears the food I am already feeding her has virtually the lowest protein level of every brand in the store. I would need specific food recommendations.
