It was great to spend time with Dr. Kelly and Shannon. I remember Dr. Kelly as a tech. She’s still the same wonderful person. Shannon is sweet and so accommodating. Loved the visit.

I think Bentley had a tick embedded in his tummy at the time of our visit. I didn t find it until a day or two later and we were unable to get it out. I will call about tomorrow (monday).

So very disappointed that they are only allowing 1 person in the room. We didn t know that until after we got there and we were asked if we had called from the parking lot to let them know we were there?!?! What???

No problems very easy process

Everyone is so nice at PVS. We trust them with our any pets.

Everything was great for my first trip here. The only criticism I have is that I was told it would be a curb side pick up due to COVID which is fine. However, when I arrived and called several times, I couldn t get through so I had to walk in to learn that it was now in-person. This is fine and actually preferable but I wasn t told beforehand and didn t have a mask to take the proper precautions that I would have if I would have known...

Wonderful place

As always excellent, patient, conscientious service from doctor, tech and front desk staff. Dr. Kelly has established herself as someone I completely trust for the care of our Caramel. Everyone is courteous, efficient and professional.

I have only been coming to this facility for a year since we moved up here, and since one of my girl s always has health problems, I just wish your place was not so expensive, back in Ill I paid half of what I pay up here.

Sometimes I have trouble understanding the staff because they speak to fast and to softly. The staff are always so friendly.
