My entire experience with my very sick fur baby was wonderful! From the first phone call with Katie at 7:30am to discussing the cost of her care plan with Aaron to meeting Dr Hillary and her Vet Tech, I cannot day enough about all of you and the kindness and true heartfelt care we received! Dr Hillary was born to be a vet and I’m so grateful for her compassion, knowledge and excellent care she gave my little Jasmine and the emotional support she gave me. Thank you all so much and I tell everyone what an amazing clinic you are!!

Dr. Kelly is amazing! She really takes great care to find the best treatment for each of our pets. She is wonderful at explaining everything she does at the exams, tests that need to be run, results, and medications. Best of all, our pets love visiting her!

I greatly appreciate Dr. Carolyn’s patience, care and understanding in helping me review options that may best support my wonderful yet sometimes anxious/aggressive dog.

I’ve been really happy with Dr Carolyn and her care of our dog Murphy. She looks at his past history and takes the time to talk through what’s going on. I feel she listens first. Murphy needed an antibiotic and she offered a less expensive generic med. without me asking. So appreciated.

Everyone was super nice, understanding and attentive. Loved the facility. Was disappointed with outcome of surgery. Upon agreeing to surgery for docking /amputation of the puppy tail, i specifically ask what tail length they were going to do. The veterinarian assured me that Dr Nick had a guide to appropriate length for a Yorkshire terrier. Upon picking up puppy... it was very short. The vet said i wanted it short and that was not anything i had requested. Dr nick seemed to think yorkshire terriers had only enough tail to cover their anus???? Every pic i look at of yorkies, they have a 1 to 2 inch tail. Disappointed but both veterinarians , and staff were very nice.

Excellent Cares

While not our regular vet and it was a surgical follow-up we are always very pleased with the service and attention we receive. If we lived in state we definitely would make this our regular vet. Dr. Nick is caring and extremely knowledgeable. He always takes the time to listen to all our concerns and works with us on the best plan of action.

So happy with all of you staff and services!

We previously had to take our dog to WVRC and were not happy with the outcome or cost. A friend suggested Pewaukee Vet’s Urgent Care and it was a much better option for us. Dr. Nick was great he spent a lot of time with us and thoroughly addressed our concerns. I hope to not have to use emergency/urgent care again but if I do, will definitely use Pewaukee Vet.

Dr. Tom quickly and efficiently removed a couple of stitches on Zoey. She usually is not that cooperative but this visit was wonderful.

Dr. Hillary was absolutely amazing in her handling of Kayla. I appreciated very much her willingness to listen to my thoughts about Kayla s treatment. Dr. Nick was passionate about Kayla s care and made sure I understood post-op instructions. Whoever made the call to me the day after surgery listened well. She relayed my concerns to Dr. Nick, and he returned my call and left a message as I had asked, and he was thorough in his voice message. Just always really happy with the care given there.

I was surprised by the cost. A $75 office visit is pretty steep considering it was only an exam. Being our first time there I am uncertain if we’ll return.
