Thank you all. My Jack does not socialize well with other dogs and I do so appreciate you willingness and ability to help keep him separate from the other puppies.

The whole appointment felt very rushed. I felt like the vet had one foot out of the door the whole time I was trying to explain what was happening with my dog. He explained all of the medications in a really rushed manner. The next day he called me with positive test results, and instead of educating me on what that meant, he rushed off the phone and I received a lengthy handout of information when I picked up my dog’s meds. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the service we received.

Dr. Nick is such a wonderful vet and has taken such good care of our furry loved ones over the years. He is very thorough in his exams, listens to all our concerns, explains things well and most importantly truly cares for our pets and their well being. He has always made himself a available for any questions or concerns. Grateful we have such access to such a high caliber and highly educated group of vets as in PVS. I have entrusted the care of my (8) dogs to PVS for over 25 years. I’ve had a uniformly excellent experience with a number of veterinarians, technicians, groomers, and support staff who have practiced/worked there, and would not hesitate to recommend PVS to anyone looking for top-quality care for their pets.

Suggestion for a client specific electronic follow up communication/messaging between client and doctor. Example, instead of having to call in to relay that a referral appointment has been made with a specialist as recommended, it would be more convenient to simply send a message either by email or from within client portal to convey that information. Thank you for excellent care, compassion and due diligence always. Dr Kelly and Dr Carolyn are exceptional professionals.

I liked being able to have the vaccines completed by the technician to avoid the additional Dr. exam fee that was not necessary.

$300 was too expensive and did not resolve the problem Angel continues to have the eye drainage.
