Tails are too long

I am so grateful for the care you showed my stressed-out dog. I appreciate your willingness to get down on the floor with her if need be. She probably will always be nervous coming for exams and shots, but you keep it from being worse than it needs to be. Thanks!

During our second appointment, we had some concerns about our puppy. Dr. Kelly was so awesome—she got down on the floor to play with our pup to see what we were experiencing and offered great advice to help us. She also has a lot of patience with my twin boys who tend to interrupt and who take time asking MANY questions. :)

Dr. Kelly took the time to answer all our questions about our new puppy. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. We’re so glad she will be our vet!

Doctor Kelly was amazing! She was very thorough and was able to explain things both technically and in a way I could understand!

You are an awesome vet service but pricey and for you dedicated and loyal clients really wish you would offer a payment plan. I know you offer care credit but you set the payback time and it is too short to pay back without penalties, so it is not a good plan.

I had asked for Lab work to be sent via Email after discussing results over the phone with Vet. Had to call the front desk the following week to have results sent. Was not in spam, request then came promptly.

Dr Kelly is great...informative, compassionate and good bedside manner.

Dr Flowers is truly a gift - her clients are blessed to have such a compassionate advocate of our loyal furry friends. We are so thankful to have her as our vet. Wonderful! Can’t say enough about our experience! Love her!

Every time I come, the cost seems to rise considerably. This time an annual examine and pills was over $300.00. That is more than I can afford for an annual visit. Last year s appointment was a lot less. I have been with your service for about 27 years and have been pleased with your service, but am doubtful that I will be able to afford to keep coming. Dr. Thom has always been so helpful and kind. I would really miss having him take care of my dog.

Dr. Nick is the most caring, intelligent and reassuring doctor. Our dog is living with cancer and at times, it’s been hard to know what is best in terms of caring for her symptoms. Dr. Nick’s combination of compassion and being careful to not overtreat a senior dog with a tough diagnosis has been so valuable to us. We trust him so much and he’s helped us give her the best quality of life possible. We are incredibly grateful.

Dr Nick is wonderful !!! Very kink, gives more than enough time with our appointments and easy to tell he s a pet lover !!!!

This was my first visit and I really appreciated the ease of scheduling and especially how the staff treated me and my dog. All my questions were answered, including those which might have seemed inconsequential. I am so glad we are clients of Pewaukee Vet!

Very impressed with your facility. Dr. Randy was awesome. Very pleased with the care Boo received. My big problem is we can t afford you! You set me back 2 mortgage payments and my husband is laid off right now. Ah, well. That s the way it goes. Hopefully we ll be in a better financial situation if/when I have to bring Boo back.
