I would like the Pewaukee Vet doctors who perform cruciate ligament surgery to write up a paragraph about why they prefer one surgery over another. In the case where two surgeries seem equally effective, it would help to see the doctor s opinions on why they believe one particular type of surgery is beneficial.

Dr. Carolynn is the most knowledgeable doctor we have had. She answered all of our questions and didn t leave the room until we understood what to do. She spends so much time helping us figure out how to care for our 13 year old kitty who was diagnosed with kidney disease. We wouldn t ever think of going to anyone else. We drive a little further to come to this amazing clinic. The girls at the front desk were so compassionate and got us into the room in a timely manner! You re all appreciated! Kathy and Ron W.

Excellent as always

My dog needed to be sedated to stitch an injury. I felt a little rushed because it was going to get busy. I was there about 4 PM. I did appreciate getting in at an opening. Not my normal vet. She explained what she needed to do and took him back for stitches. He was given more meds because he wouldn’t go out. He was still off balance the next day. I feel he may have had too much meds. Good job with stitches and follow up information, and addressed concerns that he was still very sleepy. I have a breed that can have trouble with anesthesia.

Both my dogs love Dr. Kelly. She has a wonderful way to make my dogs feel at ease and I am always impressed with her knowledge. Dr. Kelly is a tremendous asset to PVC!

Everyone was very helpful

I think it would be beneficial if you would offer to tell your customers of other ways to get your prescriptions filled. Many of them can be gotten elsewhere for much less money.

Appreciate being ushered to exam room at appt. time

I m wondering if your pet has surgery or spends the day for tests, does the staff take the animal out to pee during their stay. The few times I have been back to pick up my pet at end of day, as pet is ushered into room they are doing a dance to exit out the other door, not even waiting for the Dr. to visit us. I have taken my pet outside to pee like a race horse, so when I come back in to examining room the Dr. and I can have a decent conversation with my pet pawing at the door to relieve them selves. May be there is an opportunity for the tech to allow them to pee before bringing them back the room for conversation with the Dr. ?

Dr. Kelly and tech were great, as always. When I called for the appointment, I was transferred to scheduling, where I was on hold for almost 7 minutes waiting for someone. Not a big deal, but I did want to explain why I answered question 3 with a No.

We are actually from the Madison area and came across the Pewaukee Vet Clinic when we needed an urgent care visit for our pup. We have been so happy with the care that Dr. Lisa and the staff have given our pup and hope to be able to continue bringing him there for future check-ups. Overall, we ve been very happy with the service, ease of the website / booking appointments, the hours (thank you for being open evenings & weekends), and the friendliness of the staff!
