I have found the pet Portal to be less than user friendly. Finding things are not intuitive.

Dr. Nick has been wonderful. Takes time to explain everything. Never seems in a hurry. Will spend the time needed to get all the information I need. He has been so great with my pets. I lost a pet recently, and everyone was so sympathetic and kind. Especially Dr. Nick. You have know idea how much that meant to me. Thank you Cynthia Holzman

On the positive side, I was able to walk in and be seen. That speaks volumes. On the negative side, it appears that my dog was suffering from itchy paws that resulted in a growth on her paw (which concerned me and is why I stopped in). Instead of treating her with meds I would have appreciated knowing about home remedies as an option. Also, she was fitted with a cone that made it impossible for her to move around...but I was able to put on a bandage that worked perfectly.

Dr. Morgan was sincere and attentive to our dogs special needs. This is the first meeting with the vet and I am sure our dog s best interest is in Dr, Morgan s priorities. .

I never take Max any way unless I have no choice.

It s so convenient being able to pay in the exam room instead of at the front desk; it reduces distraction, makes it efficient, etc. The ONLY other thing I ve thought about is whether it would work to allow the dogs come into the exam room right before the doctor does. Our dog gets super anxious, and being able to let him wait outside until the doctor is ready would help that. I am NOT complaining about wait time by any means! I m just wondering if that could ever be considered. THANK YOU for all you do! Your staff is ALWAYS fantastic!

Dr. Morgan and her staff are an extremely caring and professional group. I feel good when I can see that they really care about animals. The same goes for the group in the hydro therapy area. Energetic, caring and special group.

You have to improve your follow up. Twice it was non existent.

My experience at Pewaukee Veterinary was unbelievable - the doctor was fantastic and all of the staff really went above and beyond to make my pet feel comfortable. I have already highly recommended this clinic to several people already.
