PVS rocks. I drive 30 min each way vs. getting a vet in the town I moved to.

Dr Nick is great. He always takes the time with us and we never feel like we are being rushed. He is great with Angel and is very gentle and caring

I trust that Dr. Nick will give me an honest evaluation of my hunting dog much like his father Jeff did.

The service and staff were excellent. I am not opposed to paying more to receive exceptional service, especially in regards to the well being of my pet, but the price I was charged for the exact same prescription refill was $40 more than my previous vet and the procedure I was recommended was quoted at double the price estimate I received from another local vet, who has a 4.8 star Google rating. And their quote included a new patient exam & pre-procedure blood work. Your facilities pricing is unjustified. I will not be back for your veterinary services.

Pleasant visit with Dr. Nick. Bailey received shots. First time he was really sore after shots.

I brought my dog in last week because she was really sick and I didn’t know why. Dr. Jeff was great. However, after he ordered xrays and bloodwork and a full body scan he said she had gastrointestinal issue. They sent me home with some medicine. That appointment cost $569.00. She got worse that night so I had to bring her in again the very next day. It turns out it was her back so again we got medicine and she got mulch better. But that appointment cost $251.00. This is the second time I have had to pay for an issue that wasn’t resolved in the first place. So it cost me $820 dollars. This summer it cost me over $400 to have an ear infection treated with $52 cream that didn’t work, but they charged me for a “Recheck” appt. the issue is that wasn’t a recheck, I called because she wasn’t better and the $52 tube of cream didn’t work. I’m actively looking for a new vet practice that doesn’t take total advantage of their patients. I also asked for a small amount of medicine for my dog to take when we went on the ferry over to Michigan. They gave me double the dosage that she should have for her weight. Thank goodness I read the label and noticed the wrong amount. Otherwise, my dog would have never woken up. I clearly need to find a new vet. Thank you for listening.

I waited over 30 minutes in the exam room before being seen by the veterinarian. I do not think this is acceptable for a scheduled appointment. I do not have any complaints once the veterinarian was available and I did not feel like I was rushed once it was started. I also was told I would receive some sort of notification (phone call/text/e-mail?) of the results of the flea/tick screen and stool sample but did not receive any update.

My only complaint was it took over 5min to get my receipt after paying

Olivia and Dr. Tom were amazing. It was like I was talking to my friends. They made sure all of my concerns or questions were answered. I’m so happy with my decision to bring Calix here!

Dr Tom was great with my little dude and had him running around and playing in the exam room to help reduce his nerves. Never have I had a cat who was so chill on the ride back from the vet. I would highly recommend Dr Tom to anyone with cats.
