It was great getting an update as to when our puppy was going in for surgery and then receiving a call when she was out of surgery and that she was ok. We were very appreciative knowing what was going on with our pup.

We love EVERYONE at Pewaukee Veterninary Service and how you all care and love our fur babies and us:)! We must admit we were shocked at the cost of our recent visit, though, and need to return for additional extensive care. Thank you for the opportunity to provide honest feedback:)

Dr. Carolynn is one of the best veterinarians!! She is very personable and honest. I never feel rushed during the appointment and she answers all my questions. Highly recommend her! No complaints at all!

I was very impressed with the facility and everyone we interacted with. I also appreciated little things like being able to pay and schedule the next appt. in the room, rather then trying to deal with my timid dog in the lobby while I did this.

Brought my dog Jack, a rescued stray from the streets of Milwaukee, in through the side door because he is frightened and aggressive toward other 4 legged creatures. When we left we exited through the same door while other dogs were being picked up from day care. It was a horrible experience. I was disappointed and upset that my specific articulated need for avoidance of other dogs was not followed through with. Had I known other dogs were being picked up at that time I would have waited until they were gone before leaving with Jack. The de-sensitivity training I am beginning with him recommended I avoid other dogs so as not to further imprint the reactive behavior. The other thing I was surprised at was that I had asked for an appointment with Dr Ann Margaret Morgan and saw another vet instead without being told that before hand. I was not unhappy with the care given but would like to be given the choice of who I see when I come in.

This comment applies to a recent urgent care visit, not the regular car we receive. The quality of the care in urgent care and the staff were not up to the high standard I ve come to expect from PVS. The exam was very limited and to hear a comment after the dr. reviewed the records in the computer that he didn t really understand what was going on with the pet, that the source of discomfort and lameness could be one of three spots on the leg and he couldn t determine the source, then sending us on our way with pain meds didn t solve anything. We left urgent care and ended up at the emergency vet for treatment later that day as the pet s temperature continued to climb to a dangerous level. This particular urgent care experience was a waste of time and money and had it been my first experience at PVS, I wouldn t go back. I do understand that coming in cold to a patient s situation is difficult to assess and treat but that is an expectation when you go to urgent care. Being a regular patient, all of her records were readily available. In this case, nothing was learned or gained to improve the pet s condition and there was no sense of confidence in the process given throughout the visit, including having to take the dog s temperature 5 times. Please understand that I have total faith and confidence in the primary vets I see at PVS and have for years. These comments only apply to a recent urgent care experience with a vet I do not normally see.

This was our first time meeting with Dr. Kelly and my husband and I were very pleased with her. She really took the time to answer questions and listen to our concerns without us feeling rushed. We appreciate that!

I have been using the pewaukee clinic for over 20 years and am on my 3rd yellow lab. I would never go anywhere else

I have been so impressed with the services offered at your clinic. Dr Morgan has helped us with rehab after ACL surgeries on two of our dogs, and is helping us manage arthritis and mobility issues in our oldest dog. Cold laser, hydrotherapy,acupuncture, and chiropractic care, as well as supplements are all helping to keep her comfortable. The rehab staff is hydrotherapy have all been wonderful too!
