Thank you welcoming us back as clients. It was so nice to see Dr. Hedges, Char and Robert again. The young woman at the reception desk (who I had not met before) was very welcoming and friendly.

I have been a customer of Brighton Vet Hospital for many many years. I have been extremely happy with the people who work there and the care and love they show the animals. It is nice to be recognized and greeted when I come to get dog food. Super place and I would recommend it to anyone.

Couldn t find a more caring clinic/hospital than Brighton Vet. Doctors and staff feel like family to me. Exceptionally kind and caring when I brought Tillie in for the last time and left without her. And now my new companion, Duchess, is receiving the same kindness and caring from everyone. Thanks to all of you for being there for me/us and SDR.

Brighton Vet Hospital always has been wonderful. We now have 3 pets going there. The staff is friendly and helpful. It’s also nice they are open later on some days and open on Saturday mornings. Generally the office is clean, just have had a couple times when an animal dropping wasn’t cleaned up. But I know they’re busy.

As always, staff was wonderful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you!

I find Dr Hedges and Brighton Techs to be very compassionate and committed to caring for animals. I have been seeing vets at Brighton for over 10 years. They helped me through a couple of serious emergencies and I will always be grateful for their extra care.

My dog was fit in before you closed for the day. I was in and out. Thank you!

Recently I’ve made two appointments. I was told a price and when I got to my appointment the price was raised.. the first time you corrected price this time you didn’t . Your.customer service used to be good now it’s terrible. I listened to girl at front desk say she didn’t help a small lady get a big dog in vehicle .. the lady needed to learn how to lift heavy things she told other girl at desk. Unreal. The same girls gave me the higher price than quoted then said no I get the breeder price. Then as I left said no you pay high price because I haven’t done 3 neuters yet. If the girl did her job and looked In Computer she would see I’ve done more than three with new Brighton . I just can’t believe you treat customers like that. Especially ones that have been coming for years. I don’t think I’ll come back
