I did not think of good questions to ask for expectations of the medicine effects. Helping explain side effects when prescribing medicine would be good to help customers.

I wish pets who have been seen there could come in for vaccinations when they are do and not have to have an exam. Just charge for basic fee for injections and cost of vaccination.

Billing lady took a long time but was so juggling other things.

I thought the visit was overall good as dr. had a lot of experience and knowledge. I thought the doctor was a bit rushed with another appointment, but it was nice to have a tech. person answer some questions. Overall, a friendly place and everyone seemed to have a helpful nature.

Due to the pandemic, all vet offices are very backed up and booked out a ways. This doesn’t reflect my ability to make an appointment, but how long we had to wait for our appointment to arrive.

The room I waited in was very dusty. Also a lot of hair on the floor.

We have always had great service with Brighton Vet Hospital. They are very patient, responsive, and caring - from the front office to the doctors to the techs. And whenever I call with a question, they check into it and get right back to me. And I know they re crazy busy! I m so glad we found them, they feel like old friends to us.
