The quality of care was excellent. I was so worried about the health of my little guy and they were able to schedule a visit quickly. They caught a couple of problems my last vet missed and I was very happy with both the quality and cost of the care.

We would be lost without Dr Hedges and his staff. They have been amazing for our four pugs, three cats, bunnies, and guinea pigs over the years.

I accidentally showed up an hour late, thinking my pup’s appointment was at 10:00, not 9 and the staff kindly squeezed us in, rather than having us come back a different day. I have always had very positive experiences here and my dog loves coming to the vet. Thanks for all that you do!

I m beyond pleased that I looked a little ways out of my comfortable radius from home to find BVH. This my first pet under just my care, but I can feel how high BVH stands above other clinics. Every question and concern I have are valid, and urgency is given when needed. I ve worked with Dr Hedges and Nelson personally and have been helped by others along all techs and staff, and I can t thank all of you enough for all that you do.

Still couldn’t go in with my pet which I didn’t understand for the world is opened up again. Plus my pet is super anxious going to the vet anyway so wasn’t a fan of that. Don’t understand why we couldn’t come in and go straight to a room. ?????

My family loves Brighton Animal Hospital! We’ve been coming for several years now. This was our first visit with the new puppy and he was welcomed right into the family! Thank you for the efficient, loving, knowledgeable care every time!

I absolute love everyone at Brighton, especially Keith Hedges. Everyone is so polite, friendly and caring for my pups, and Keith is one of the best veterinarians I have ever experienced. I moved 45 minutes away but I don’t care how far I have to drive I will go the distance to get to Brighton and know my animals will be cared for the way they deserve. Thank you everyone at Brighton!

I am very unhappy that your office has not re-opened to the public. Handing my pet to a stranger (Vet Tech?) does not make me comfortable. Further more I have NEVER met the Vet, another stranger to me and my dog. I feel the communication and confidence and is more effective in person.

I wish I could have been inside with my dog or talked to the doctor on FaceTime. I also wish that the leaving of the other doctors and the arrival of new ones was explained. I assume that it has something to do with COVID and the impact it had on your business but an announcement to regular customers would be grateful and appreciated.

I have no idea if the office was clean as I never went it. The doctor was awesome! First time at this clinic and I couldnt be more happy with the time she took explaining everything and talking thru what she saw and what he needed.

After 45 minutes of waiting. I received a call that they did an exam on my kitten, but still needed to give a booster vaccine. After waiting an additional 30 minutes I called to see if they had finished. They then brought my kitten out 5 minutes later. Wish I would have known it was going to take almost 1 1/2 hours to do an examine and shot, I wouldn t have waited in the car with 3 young kids.

It s a little hard to completely answer all questions accurately due to covid restrictions of not being allowed in the clinic. Other than that, I m satisfied with the service. I wish there were natural options offered instead of so many vaccinations.

i will be glad when we can once again enter the bldg with our pet.

The staff are friendly and delightful to work with.

I would appreciate receiving a 1 page record of when all the vaccinations are due after an annual visit. The print out I received was only the current bill, no detail about when future vaccinations are due. No weight noted for my dog. No other health comments in writing.

Wonderful experience as always with Brighton. We always miss a chance to see Dr. Hedges because he is so great and loving with Auggie, but the staff is kind and make everything easy. Our last puppy was killed by a big dog so my kids are always anxious bringing Auggie in so we look forward to being able to go in with him again to ease those fears.

As usual, all interactions were pleasant, efficient and professional. I drive thirty minutes to this veterinary practice [and have for years] because they ve assembled an incredible group of professionals at Brighton Veterinary Hospital. I m a human healthcare provider and believe the care of animals at this practice is better than most human medical facilities. Keep up the great work and thank you for caring for my dog . I also want to say that your skills and compassion were unparalleled with my former dog who lived 15+ happy years. Tough decisions were made with great empathy by all staff in his final days.
