I really didn’t like the drop off vet appt. option. I won’t do that ever again. My poor little guy waited for 7+ hours. I just didn’t realize it was going to be like that. I thought I was going to get a call a couple hours after I dropped him off. He is a rescue and has separation anxiety. He had a really rough life before I got him. I just don’t wanna put him through any stress where he might feel he’s being abandoned by his human mama again. (yes, I am a crazy Chihuahua mom) this was not your fault... I should’ve asked more questions when I set it up.

My pups are unusually tender after their vaccines and since I am that diligent dog mom, I have all of their reactions documented on every receipt from all years and the length of time any tenderness was noticed. It’s never lasted for over 48 hours. They are eating, drinking and expunging just fine but I question the care of the injection process at this time.

I love this vet clinic. The people that work there make it great.

I have had multiple pets that have been bringing to Brighton Vet Hospital. Though prices are a bit higher, I would NEVER switch to any other Vet Hospital. I would suggest a better headset for Dr Hegdes though. I had a hard time understanding him, as there was a lot of static. Over all, your hospital is the best I have been to, even through these difficult times!

We have complete trust in Dr. Hedges for the care of our guinea pigs. He has seen many of our piggies over the years.

Our first puppy, and all went great! Felt very cared for!

My experience was great. A little mix-up on the time as I was scheduled for 9:30 and the day before Lucy s appointment rescheduled for 10:00. But, that was not an issue. Dr. Hedges called right away and filled me in on Lucy s status which I appreciated. Sorry, the ability to choose a star (outside of 5) is inoperable.

I had to wait a couple months for a surgery appointment, but I completely understand how busy the staff is and how the working situation is different under Covid.

Dr. Laura Ziegler is so nice she doesn’t rush you she explains everything and makes sure you understand.

Dr. Hedges is wonderful he has always took the time to help me with any questions or concerns I ve had with my animals. Iv brought all my dogs and even my pig Bailiee in and never been turned away for any reason. Everyone at the clinic has always been extremely helpful, patient and kind.

Dr. Hedges and his staff are tremendous. I feel very fortunate to have them care for my dog.

It was very helpful that I was able to share a video of my dog s behavior with Dr Ziegler from my iphone since I couldn t attend the appt in-person.

Marge is helpful, good with clients and very intelligent!

Dr Hedges and his staff are the best-I have complete trust and couldn’t ask for better care and compassion. Marge and the girls even helped me jump start my van when it wouldn’t start in the parking lot. Robert is so knowledgeable and caring. We have been here with our 4 pugs, 3 cats, bunnies, and guinea pugs and I just can’t say enough about Dr Hedges -he’s so knowledgeable and caring.

The entire staff is always kind to my cats. This appointment was fast and Dr. Hedges sent a tech out to give me the good report. She had kind words for my almost 20 year old kitty, too, which I very much appreciated hearing. Good, kind staff.

our dog saw a newer dr. was surprised that the doctor could not tell that we had, for years, been brushing our dogs teeth even though past doctors could tell. no explanation really given about the recommended dental procedure. difficult to gauge how we feel about the doctor since we only got to talk on the phone

I feel like my rabbit was well taken care of. I would have liked to have a little more information about what was done at the appointment, maybe have her online profile updated with her weight and such. Also she was meant to get a nail trim but came out without one.
