Dr. Hedges and his staff are tremendous. I feel very fortunate to have them care for my dog.

It was very helpful that I was able to share a video of my dog s behavior with Dr Ziegler from my iphone since I couldn t attend the appt in-person.

Dr Hedges and his staff are the best-I have complete trust and couldn’t ask for better care and compassion. Marge and the girls even helped me jump start my van when it wouldn’t start in the parking lot. Robert is so knowledgeable and caring. We have been here with our 4 pugs, 3 cats, bunnies, and guinea pugs and I just can’t say enough about Dr Hedges -he’s so knowledgeable and caring.

The entire staff is always kind to my cats. This appointment was fast and Dr. Hedges sent a tech out to give me the good report. She had kind words for my almost 20 year old kitty, too, which I very much appreciated hearing. Good, kind staff.

our dog saw a newer dr. was surprised that the doctor could not tell that we had, for years, been brushing our dogs teeth even though past doctors could tell. no explanation really given about the recommended dental procedure. difficult to gauge how we feel about the doctor since we only got to talk on the phone

I feel like my rabbit was well taken care of. I would have liked to have a little more information about what was done at the appointment, maybe have her online profile updated with her weight and such. Also she was meant to get a nail trim but came out without one.

The new female provider was very kind and attentive with my pup when I couldn t be in the clinic with them. I appreciate the time spent discussing drug options and all the reading I was given. Thank you!

Dr. Hedges was right when he said Maura had a full bladder and put a pee pad in her carrier. We didn t need it, but the first thing Maura did when we got home was use the litterbox.

It s too bad CoVid has your business so restrictive. In spite of it all, your staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. RE: #6....my car needs a wash. :)

Unfortunately I was not able to go inside because of Covid. They did a good job dealing with this inconvenience.

These are hard times...not being able to be with our pet during the appointment. I totally understand everyone’s concerns.The appointment didn’t start off well. Our dog somehow got loose and got outside. Luckily I was still there and able to get him.

Its hard to answer all these questions due to Covid. I feel the staff did the best way they could under the circumstances. I was very satisfied.

I was a little surprised by how long it took me to get an appointment, but when I ve needed to be seen immediately, I ve been able to get an appointment. I guess it all evens out.

We love Dr Hedges. He has taken care of now 3 cats of ours. Glad to see him back.
