I rated the cleanliness low only because I didn’t see it inside. Due to the COVID situation I can’t rate the facility inside, bit was very pleased with how you had your service set up, very efficient and excellent service! I was very happy with the way things went (first time there with a new puppy). I will continue to use your clinic. Thanks for your great service. The Vet was very friendly, informative, and answered all my questions. He made it clear to call him anytime.

Loved that dr hedges called me the next day to check on my pup! I was able to ask him about information I had for my next appointment too and was super happy he was able to help me out before hand. My pup has anxiety so he helped me with some pills to help with that. Would definitely recommend to others! Feel so comfortable leaving my baby boy with this vet!

CODI-19 situation was new awkward for me and the Vet office. It was okay. My previous Vet left his job so it was transferred to a different Vet. Our communication was awkward for this different Vet because I am deaf using America Sign Language. Using Video Relay service was new for this different Vet ( an interpreter on the video connected us to communicate ). Our email communication was great. Actually Covid-19 forced us to adjust communication.

When speaking with Dr. Hedges over the phone, it sounded as if he were eating while talking to him. Also, I felt as if he was very dismissive with my questions/concerns. This is the third visit in a row where I felt like I wasn t being heard and was just being rushed through without addressing my concerns. The quality of service has gone downhill since Dr. Howes left and we will be changing veterinary clinics sfter 8 years.

When I first contacted Dr. Hedges about our cats being seen on short notice he was out on lake Superior enjoying some much needed time off. He answered my questions and came up with a plan to treat all 3 of our little guys. All of this while enjoying some well deserved quiet time. With the long hours and the Covid 19 pandemic going on Dr Hedges stands out like a flaming beacon.

When I called, I explained my dog is high anxiety and works himself up and screams loudly. I was made to wait for 20 minutes before the doctor came in and then he was scared of my dog. He didn t check his teeth or do any body examination. It took me persuading him to even do his vaccines and his original intent was to just send me away because my dog was too loud. I miss Dr. Howes. He took great care of my dog but this time, the compassion was lacking.

Excellent service! Called with pet concern 7 pm. Staff was able to make room so my pet could be seen as soon as I could get to clinic. Short wait until Vet could examine pet and order in office tests/xrays. Results were ready after a short waiting time. More tests were sent out with follow up call next day as promised. Results clearly explained with diagnosis and medication prescribed. Treatment has just begun and I feel confident Dr. Hedges diagnosis and care treatment will help my pet recover. Thank you Dr. Hedges & Staff!
