I was terrified when I brought my baby into urgent care. Not only did the techs communicate with me and my husband but the young lady that came to speak to us let us know how happy Trinity was with the women in the back. We are beyond happy with our service and have decided to make this trinitys regular doctor for all check ups and routine procedures moving forward. I ve been using Wilmington Animal Hospital for over 30 years. I have never had an issue. During those years I have used several of the vets without a single complaint. From Dr. s Phillips & Nolan up to Dr. Ladman, my animals and I have been shown nothing but respect, caring and what I consider to be the best of care.

First, I appreciated being welcomed inside with my dog. Everyone recognized that changing vets for a near 16/year old dog was very difficult for me. The staff were so kind and caring and recognized that Ivan is a special little guy, who is very loved and spoiled.All of my questions were answered via a very professional level of dialog. My curious pup Jasper ate one of his squeaky toys. As a first time dog dad, I was super nervous when he started showing signs of complications. The staff got him in quickly for an examination and reassured me that he would be ok. They took extra time to tell me things to monitor with his recovery.
