Dr. Werkiser and the technician (I’m sorry that I didnt catch her name - she has a very pretty tattoo on her arm) were so professional and so kind, even with me being anxious and annoying. They came for an in-home visit and were so gentle with my (terrified) cat. I really appreciate their care and thoroughness. I knew she was in great hands and I feel very safe bringing all three of our pets to all of you!

Dr. Werkiser has a wonderful and is truly concerned about my pet.

I called because Hunter (Nemeth) was throwing up his food. Called and we were down at the Hospital within 20 minutes! I know everyone loves Hunter and they treat him so gentle. Took xrays and blood, checked every thing out, nothing serious found, got a shot to help him stop vomiting and we were on our way within 2 hours! This was 5:30pm on Monday - Columbus Day! Thank you Dr. Epstein and staff! You ROCK! By the way, Hunter is his old self again!????

I answered N/A to three of the above questions because I made my appointment online (which I LOVE the ability to do) and it was a brief tech visit only for the administering of my cat s allergy vaccine. But every time we come to WAH, the staff is friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!

This was our first visit and I was so impressed with the practice and Dr.E. Rockie is skittish and she took extra time to build his confidence and try to make his visit a positive one. She took a tremendous amount of time with us talking about Rockie and giving me insight into proper nutrition for him.
