the vet didn’t tell us that she was going to charge us an extra $250 for the tests she was doing on my pet. I didn’t know how much extra it would be until I got a receipt for $300 for an annual physical. I thought it would be $75 (I was told this over the phone) plus a little extra for the test and vaccine, but I was so surprised when I saw the bill. My pet’s insurance does not cover any of this $300 either.

Word too the wise treat everyone with the same respect and it doesn’t hurt to smile staff.
