I would have liked to speak with doctor or assistant about the surgery. While I was speaking to the lady in the front desk, someone came out and gave my puppy to a family. So I was never given the opportunity to ask questions. The lady in the front desk gave me some answers. Still I had to call after I left to get clarity on when to start medication.

Has about a 45 minute wait to be seen but this was an unscheduled appointment so can t really complain; just thankful they could see her.

Sebring Animal Hospital is the best. Although the last visit my appointment was at 2 p.m., I did not see the Dr. until 3 p.m., I understand emergency’s in the day happen and back up appointment times. It would be helpful if when checking in to be told about this so I could have run a couple errands and come back 2:30.

My cat was sick and they fit me in right away that morning. And she was not an easy appointment. She used to be feral and was terrified. They got her with the butterfly net and the Dr. did such a great job with her. I’m so appreciative of the care given Bitty. She’s doing so much better. Thank you so much!
