Thank you for a compassionate, empathetic first visit!!

Everything is skewed due to the pandemic. So it’s difficult to answer these questions. I’ve always brought my cats to Larchmont clinic. I was happy with the results of our recent visit.

I would like to say that it is ALWAYS a problem when you call - you are always put on hold without fail. This vet always feels like a conveyor belt and no longer personal as it used to be. The vet is great and thorough also Ian, the manager was super helpful and a great addition. The other staff are ok but they always give the impression that you are not valued and it s just a business, not sure that the office staff care about the animals at all- I have been going there for over 20 years and I have to say that there have definitely been better office staff in the past -

It would have been nice if I would have known beforehand that I wasn’t allowed in. Not the biggest deal but that is something that I think should be communicated during the appointment setting.

Under the covid conditions I have no complaints...alls well.

I was really worried about how it would go during the pandemic and not being able to stay with my dog during the appointment, but it couldn t have gone better. They were so quick and attentive and thorough. It was a huge relief. THANK YOU!

When making the appointment the staff should have notified clients that Larchmont would be closed in front of their offices because taking your pet a round the block might add to the stress already put on the animal.

I am sure they were, as always. Because of Covid-19 I did not enter.

Great social distancing practices. Still got a chance to talk to the vet via phone for that personal touch. Way to go!

I honestly Have no idea but everyone seemed very nice on the phone!

First time in since new procedures and it was very easy. Talking by phone with Dr was also not a problem.

Larchmont and Dr. C were all great. As they have been through many years and several generations of our dogs.

Thank you for taking the pandemic seriously. I appreciate the measures you put into place to ensure the safety of your staff. As an added benefit, I didn’t have to worry about being in an indoor space next to someone else who might refuse to wear a mask or fail to keep the appropriate physical distance. Again, thank you!

The chart doesn t seem to be working. All the service was excellent. I waited to respond until MJ (the crow) was released successfully. In a little over a week MJ was ready to go, however, we were faced with protesters using our park for assembling, and then they d walk to the Mayor s home. Although they were peaceful they would have been a disruptive influence on MJ. They were packing the park everyday. Decided to wait until I was sure they d be gone. Released the beauty on Wednesday, late afternoon, June 10th. Ironically, he flew to the same tree that his predecessor flew into twenty years ago. I think I spotted him today with members of his family, although he is far more independent than his predecessor was. Maybe he is a bit older. Thank you for your advice and assistance. He is a real treasure.
