Due to Covid protocols, drop off and pick-occurred outside, both very smoothly and professionally, and I did not attend my cat s examination. FYI, my cat Smudgeee did tell me that the doctor had a wonderful bedside manner and administered the vaccines painlessly. However, Smudgeee did not like getting her temperature taken, likening it to an alien abduction.

Dr. C and staff were extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions. We have been going to this vet for years and have never been disappointed. My dog had a cough, and they were completely booked that day but suggested a drop off appointment so the vet could see him in between appointments, which I was extremely appreciative about since I was worried. They treated him and even called the next day to check in. Love this place.

The vet was closed because of a recent covid exposure. I wasn t notified and showed up anyway to be told by another client that was in the parking lot. No one called me the next day. I had to call to get information on what happened. My appointment wasn t able to be rescheduled.

It was quite some time before the vet contacted us, and it took even longer to get my dog after the vet had finished the examination. I had to call twice to expedite the release of my dog and waited at least twenty minutes before I got him back.

I had an amazing first visit with my sweet kitten, Maple. They re procedures with COVID were extremely safe and efficient. I got great vibes from the receptionists and technicians that made me feel safe leaving Maple in their hands. And the vet was extremely warm and personable on the phone! This is my first time having a kitten so I had a lot of questions and he didn t hesitate to answer any of them! 5 star review all around!
