I have had both of my pets microchipped with North Valley and I have been pleased with the ease of scheduling, and the friendly staff. My regular Vet has a microchip that incurs a annual fee and I think that is just wrong. The microchip at North Valley can be read by analog or digital scanners and it has a one time fee. I am also able to register my pet and provide a picture to go with the registration. I absolutely love that. The fee was very reasonable for my visit. Money well spent! Thank you North Valley for providing exceptional service at an affordable price.

Staff was very helpful and Dr. Dean answered all my questions. This office is one of the very few that treat exotics as my pet is an parrot-Blue and Gold macaw.

My appointment was at 3, we got pulled into room at approximately 330, i was checked out by 424, i also was a half hour early, so my wait seemed longer, but they were steady with clients. Getting us in as quick and efficiently as possible. While taking measures to appropriately clean exam rooms in between. The staff were great, the facility was exceptionally clean, very impressed, especially that late in the day, Dr. Dean explained things to me about my boys condition that made sense, and now both my boys have once again their valid driver licenses. Love this clinic

I have been taking my pets to North Valley since 2019 and I m very happy with the care Dr. Dean & Dr. Kate have been providing for them and they also have a terrific staff

I arrived just before my appointment time. My dog was weighed, and then we were put in a room to wait for either the tech or the vet. After a long wait, the tech & the vet arrived together. The room was very cold.

I enjoyed my visit, everyone listened to me and handled my bearded dragon with love. Might be my new vet for all my furbabies now.

I buy my dog food at the clinic and while I was there I asked if someone could help with my dogs analysis glands. There weren t any available appointments that day so she booked me in for the following week. The staff are very professional, helpful and pleasant and were very good with my dog. They definitely care very much about their patients. They were very efficient with the paperwork and by the time we had finished the billing the assistant returned with my dog and explained what they did. I am very happy with the service my dog and I received.

As always, Dr Kate was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful with our bulldog.

Impressed with the remodel done in the office. Looks nice. Have not had to use vets office in 6 years since my dog passed. I started in 2004 and used their great service until 2016. Because of my former use with them I got in with no problem with my new puppy.
