The staff and doctors have always been very helpful and professional. I have recommended North Valley to other people.

I had to concerns with the horses that were unfortunately unsatisfied. I made an appointment to get an allergy shot for horse number two and the provider was unprepared. I made an appointment to get a four-way vax for both horses and the provider was unprepared.

You know I’ve been coming here for almost 7 years with my two dogs they could’ve worked me in without charging me an emergency fee I felt that I was a retard but the staff was nice and as matter fact They asked me if she got a shot at my dog and I said they injected her with food inTyser but I was honest and I told him to add it I was joking with him I told him I should get a discount for being honest but at same time as series because I felt me spending $562 for this bloodwork and x-ray was a little too high

Staff was upbeat, friendly, and efficient. They handled my dog with care and kindness.

Dr Dean & the entire staff at N Valley is second to none. We drive over an hour, due to our confidence in Dr Dean & N Valley….just wish there was a better Emergency set-up!

We have been to 3 veterinarian s in the area and we love Dr Dean and our dog, Cooper, loves and responds to him. We always get complete explanations concerning Coopers care. Would not go to any other vet in the area!!!

I have never had a problem with the staff and my dog gets so excited when we get to the office.

And, when our beloved Scooby Doo got sick, you sent Techs to our house to help us put him on a backboard and being him in. We will NEVER forget this and are forever indebted to you. They did an excellent job of taking care of my dog Bear. He was in severe distress and they got him in immediately.
