We need open times for patients needing help but not an emergency. Two weeks of pain is unheard of. Lucky we got a canceled appt.

I am always impressed at how efficient and friendly all of your office staff, techs and doctors are! It is a very caring, compassionate atmosphere and I can see how busy each be person is yet every client/patient is given the patient, caring attention they need whether at the front desk, a phone call, or in the exam room and it is very much appreciated.

We know with the growth in this area, all Vets are pushed beyond capacity. We know you’re busy. Just wish appointments weren’t 2-3 weeks out. We had Dr. Kate and absolutely loved her! We were very happy with our visit! Staff is always friendly! Thank you! ??

Only reason I gave a one on the question how soon was I seen. I was almost 2 hours before I got to see the doctor. Although this was not easy on my dog but completely understand why because the doctor has an emergency with Burro. So as far as I’m concerned I would have been happy to go back. Wonderful that our doctors look after other animals than just cats and dogs.
