We need open times for patients needing help but not an emergency. Two weeks of pain is unheard of. Lucky we got a canceled appt.

I am always impressed at how efficient and friendly all of your office staff, techs and doctors are! It is a very caring, compassionate atmosphere and I can see how busy each be person is yet every client/patient is given the patient, caring attention they need whether at the front desk, a phone call, or in the exam room and it is very much appreciated.

We have our new puppy Koko, North Valley took very good care of our other dog Duchess until it was her time to go to heaven. The staff the doctors are the best in the valley. Thank you
