I was not told by the front desk that my pet had an infection in it s paws. The gal from boarding told me that she had this and then had to go back in to see about medication. I was not very happy and it cost a lot of $$ for an Rx that people take and it costs very little.

Having curbside service is very much appreciated. I d rather wait in my car then inside while COVID-19 is still a threat to your clients and to your staff. I must add also, my Spencer LOVES coming to North Valley Hospital. Everyone treats him like he s their favorite and it does my heart good to see him not afraid to go to the Vet.

People who live here should have first priority for appointments not snowbirds. If this was an emergency I should be able to see our Vet, not be told to go to Kingman or Havasu.

We could not be seen immediately due to Covid-19. I cannot comment on the tidiness of the office, as I could not enter due to Covid. However, I have been there pre-pandemic and was seen almost immediately and found the facility very clean and comfortable. Debbie was especially helpful, courteous, and professional. My thanks to North Valley.

I really don t care for the curbside service. When I bring my babies in to be seen, I prefer to be with them. If this is how your going to continue the practice, I will be looking for a new vet. I m sorry because I really like it here except for that.

I recently moved from CA and was not happy with my Vet. I’m happy to say that I have found an amazing Vet now and very happy with the time he takes with his patients and explains everything very well.
