Everyone in the office was extremely nice. They didn’t overcharge for the visit. They didn’t pressure me to do any unnecessary procedures. I would highly recommend this facility.

Thank you so much for treating my pets with care and concern. You always take time to answer all my questions - I never feel rushed. Unexpected vet costs can certainly add up, but I always feel it s money well spent with North Valley Pet Hospital.

Dr. Kate is the best. She took the time to understand our dog s situation and helped us come to a successful solution to the problem. Would go back again in a heartbeat.

The wait was longer than usual but we also had 3 pups being seen. All the staff and Dr Dean are wonderful and we have no hesitation in referring our friends. Thank you!

All my dogs have been cared of by Dr. Dean and Dr. Goulborn. I am very satisfied on how they treat my four legged as if they are their own. Very compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. The staff are very accommodating and respectful. Keep it up, you are all on my A list and thank you.

The waiting time was too long I was late for work just too long

My experience was amazing, thanks so much!

Everything was excellent, as always. Took us back as soon as we arrived even though we were early. Staff was all very friendly and helpful, doctor was kind and explained everything easily and answered all our questions, overall a great experience. Only downside was the 3 weeks between calling and the first available appointment, but you guys are awesome so I can’t be mad everyone wants to come see you!

I really appreciate the fact that I called in the morning and I was able to get my baby (Brutus) in the same day to be seen. As always everyone in the office is nice and friendly.

Since abby ?????is so bad crying on the top of her lungs it’s difficult to wait with her because she makes such a commotion ,so waiting isn’t easy for everyone that is in yr,office that has to listen to her.thats why I put the waiting time down,

Once people, very friendly

Kitty Kabootle s Lyon Cut was per-r-r-r-fect! She looks so cute and the haircut gets rid of the hair ball problem. It was great you could sedate her and also safer for those who handled her. Also, placing her in her own box following the procedure was also the safest way for her and the handlers. Appreciate everyone s help. She is also up-to-date on her rabies and other shots aren t due until 2023.
