I really don t care for the curbside service. When I bring my babies in to be seen, I prefer to be with them. If this is how your going to continue the practice, I will be looking for a new vet. I m sorry because I really like it here except for that.

The staff is always kind and helpful. They are automatically sweet to my Boyfriend, the big Pitbull mix I adopted from North Valley 9 years ago. Dr. Dean takes good care of him.

Very disappointed. No forewarning of closed Lobby. No phone service. I spoke with Debbie 1week before our appointment, again, no mention of new protocol. Our June visit will determine our commitment to you as customers.

I recently moved from CA and was not happy with my Vet. I’m happy to say that I have found an amazing Vet now and very happy with the time he takes with his patients and explains everything very well.

Never received results for his heart worm blood test. Also, when will office be open up again for owners to bring their pets inside.

The young woman who came to get Alex out of the car had an umbrella and he was scared of the umbrella. It would have been a better experience for this young dog Had she not had it. I watched several dogs balk. Otherwise everything was fine. Didn’t talk to the vet at all.

I made a appointment on 1/28 to have Finley neutered. They scheduled it for 4/1. At the same time I requested to be put on a cancellation list. I got a call the next morning and they took him and did the surgery. Everything went perfect.

I assumed, which was wrong on my part, that a repeat of Cooper s was just for his liver. Another full panel was performed and our bill was $200+. Just thought it was a bit excessive but love your services and staff!

Dr Dean was great. He took the time to explain everything to me about Puddys care. It’s also nice to be able to see a veterinarian on a Saturday. I just wish dental care wasn’t so expensive. Since I have no choice, I’ll be making an appointment on Monday morning for the dental procedure.

The wait time for an appointment was nearly two months as a new patient. However, it was well worth the wait. Considering the COVID restrictions, it was amazing. The staff was friendly and courteous. The doctor conferred with us via telephone and was absolutely wonderful. We are very pleased to have Gus as a patient. We are confident he will receive the best care available!!!

Over an hour wait in the car. I would have gone home then came back felt very safe how your seeing our pets. Thank you.

I know this is a difficult time, but it is not the same as when owners could be face time with our VET. Not anyone s fault, just saying, I liked it much better when I could come in WITH my pet to speak directly with Dr/ Kate.

I know we have a pandemic, but discussing my pet s issues via phone just doesn t cut it. We might have been able to do blood work if we had been in there since she was so agitated.

No one explained the bill. And I never went in a room. I was told to wait outside. I m alittle disappointed the wait time was excessive. He has a growth on ear. No one cleaned his ear to see if it was an infected oil gland. And as far as the main concern growth in mouth. I was told $1,100.00 - $1,700.00 to further check into what it was. We were hoping it was just a long day. All our previous visits including 2 euthanasias every one was compassionate and explained things. We definitely will stay with you guys. You still are the best.

thank you for saving my schnauzer, bootie. She is eating well, but not yet going regularly. Hope that will soon come. just to have her eating without being force-fed is a good sign. Will be in touch. barb
