When i Had arrived there was an emergency and the staff jumped in to take care of it right away and I was amazed with the calmness and cool that they displayed as if it was no big deal. I think I was more upset than they were..it set my appointment time back a bit but I was quite okay with it. GOOD JOB....

The staff was great. I was allowed to wait in a part of the lobby check out area away from a large, loud barking dog. Although I was later advised he was very friendly, it did not seem so when he lunged at us and his owner struggled a bit to restrain him.

I feel that offices that serve the public should not be closed over the lunch hour. Especially not 1p-2p. The door was locked when I arrived for my 2pm appointment?!. I like your vet clinic. But, having worked my entire career in the medical field, I feel it is rude to close the office an hour everyday. Just my opinion. Having someone to answer phones, see clients, etc, seems more respectful to me. Thank you for taking care of Mia.
