Everyone was great,but my dog was so upset crying loud,so I didn t get to ask what i wanted to,& i wanted a better exam, look in her ears,really look at her eye better & ask about the blind eye,ask about the medicine they put up there nose,she didn t get it & don t no if she needed it,? It wasn t the exam I expected,since it cost so much,but she was panicking. Oh! & there was a empty suryinge on the floor she could have steped on,,i had a hard time controlling her she was so upset. Me too!

We were and are very, very pleased with NVPH. We are new customers and our first impression is 100% positive. Your front office staff is highly capable. Love the way everyone has a specific task and does it. Also, we have boarded our three dachshunds several times and were very pleased and confident with their care. Well done!

They had several emergencies before I arrived with my dog. I do not mind waiting under those circumstances because if my dogs needed emergency treatment I would want them seen ASAP. Nobody likes waiting but sometimes it just works out that way. The staff and doctor went out of their way to accommodate all those waiting.

Since moving here in 2018 we were worried about finding a good Veterinarian for our dog, well we did, we love your office and could not ask for a better place to take our shepherd. Thank you

I had a farm call to run coggins and health certificate. Dr was amazing, thorough and I appreciate how she was knowable about the process.

I asked one of the office staff about a coupon for the person who referred me to the office and she didn t know what I was talking about. I had to call the office manager the next day to inquire if the person who referred me to your office was going to get a discount on his next visit or not.

Dr Kate was wonderful. She was so good with Ash.
