Everyone was very nice, and I didn t have to wait at all, even though I was early. Even though I have a 15 to 20 minute drive, I am considering changing from my primary vet to North Valley Pet Hospital. Thank You Everyone

I never did meet Blues Dr. Had to call in regards to Blues teeth status. Dr. Did return my call and answered my question. Need better exposure visibility to as the location. New to the area. Gas station said many come and ask where you guys are located. Street is confusing. Ok that s all!! Haha

I would liked to have had suggestions or comments specific to my dog’s senior health and welfare going forward. I kind of felt like I was left to my own ideas (only) of how to care for Jordy. No negatives, but no suggestions I didn’t know about already. With that in mind, I will continue with my caring plan and hope for no emergencies along the way. I did follow up with the Parvo question and call that information in to your office. Please make sure it is noted on his chart. Thanks to all for what you do for our pets. We couldn’t be good pet parents without you there.

I told the staff the dewclaw was under the skin, and it would require surgery. I was enquiring how much surgery was at your establishment. I was told , I don t know, you have to be seen. Given an bill of 60 dollars to tell me what I already knew was insult to injury after the final blow was added, $999.04! I understand everyone needs to make a living, but this is unjust. I am sadden that taking care of a pet, costs more than 3 months rent. ??

I feel I’m a regular I felt the staff aren’t that friendly I felt I was over charged my dog had the same thing done 6 months age but my bill was $60 more I question the front desk clerk who checked me out really didn’t try to get me a answer!

My only concern is that my pet has been going to North Valley for quite a few years and I was always able to get him in for a blood glucose test within a couple of days. Then last spring when I tried to get him in for a glucose check I would not be able to get an appointment for two weeks. That is not acceptable when I know his blood sugar is too high. A blood check only takes a few minutes and can be done by a tech. Therefore I expect to be able to get it done within a couple of days, not weeks. I hope in the future I can get Bucky in for a glucose check if necessary because it could be a matter of life or death.

My pet received the best care, everyone was so caring and warm. The doctors are so patient and understanding, not to mention very knowledgeable and caring people. Their compassion really shows and that means the world to us!
