I told the staff the dewclaw was under the skin, and it would require surgery. I was enquiring how much surgery was at your establishment. I was told , I don t know, you have to be seen. Given an bill of 60 dollars to tell me what I already knew was insult to injury after the final blow was added, $999.04! I understand everyone needs to make a living, but this is unjust. I am sadden that taking care of a pet, costs more than 3 months rent. ??

Thank you for answering all my questions. The only think I have to say is that 72$ for vaccinations is expensive. A little disappointed in prices.

You may need more people up front. They were very busy. People had to wait on the phone and at the desk.

I feel I’m a regular I felt the staff aren’t that friendly I felt I was over charged my dog had the same thing done 6 months age but my bill was $60 more I question the front desk clerk who checked me out really didn’t try to get me a answer!

Everyone was friendly, treated my Socksy boy well. We were taken care of quickly and efficiently and everything was really reasonably priced. We are so glad we chose North Valley Animal :-)

My only concern is that my pet has been going to North Valley for quite a few years and I was always able to get him in for a blood glucose test within a couple of days. Then last spring when I tried to get him in for a glucose check I would not be able to get an appointment for two weeks. That is not acceptable when I know his blood sugar is too high. A blood check only takes a few minutes and can be done by a tech. Therefore I expect to be able to get it done within a couple of days, not weeks. I hope in the future I can get Bucky in for a glucose check if necessary because it could be a matter of life or death.

My pet received the best care, everyone was so caring and warm. The doctors are so patient and understanding, not to mention very knowledgeable and caring people. Their compassion really shows and that means the world to us!

I called first and thought the urgency was explained but I was told I had to wait until Friday to be seen (Saturday morning call)Monday morning after no sleep, I got to see a vet because I came in face to face. Might explain to future patience your emergency policy and how to best tell the operator what is happening.

The staff was very good with my Harley with no problem and I was very please with them.

Need to understand and take into consideration we love our fur babies, But tend to over charge. Many of your customers are on a very fixed income.
