Usually the vet (Dr. Connie) is very communicative and spends a good amount of time with us. This time we saw a new vet and I didn t get the same experience.

The care and attention shown to all my pets keeps us coming back. They genuinely care for and have a desire to ensure the health and well-being being of all of our animals... and us dog parents, too!

The staff was very helpful and made me feel a lot better about my animals health. People tend to blame themselves for their animals health issues when normally they had nothing to do with it. Your team did a great job relaxing those nerves and helping me understand what the true problem was.

I would like to say. When we arrived we had to wait awhile to be helped. The front desk was checking on us repeatedly and told us that you had an emergency you were attending to. This is Not a complaint. I like that kind of service for the reason if I had a emergency it would be taken care of immediately. Service was great. Thank you
