Everything was explained to me. The nurse was extremely friendly and through all.

Dr. Schmitt was very thorough and patient as she examined my dog. The tech was very good with her and both walked us through every step of what they were doing. The instructions were clear and easy to understand.

I feel like the staff really cares about my dog. We go through the back because he is not animal friendly, and a tech, who was not seeing him that day, knew Julius name. That mattered to me because he is so important to me. They saved his life when he ate rat poison, I am eternally grateful for that.

Dr came in, didn t introduce herself, asked me to turn my 6 mo old Rottweiler away from her and immediately reached under my dogs belly with her stethoscope~ of course my dog was startled and reacted. Then she had the guy get a muzzle, I put it on. Still she didn t even introduce herself to my dog who by now is very nervous of this stranger who keeps touching her. Finally the Dr said she could not complete the exam that I needed professional help with my aggressive dog. I take this dog everywhere everyday ~ this woman s approach put my dog in defense mode immediately and she did exactly what she is supposed to do ~ protected from a threat ~ woman gave rabies shot and said they would not see her again until I saught professional help.. I am a professional DOG TRAINER! Have been for years I will be changing vets amd letting everyone I know how my dog and I were treated!

I noticed footprints and smears on the table during the visit.

Sarah spent a lot of time getting to know my dog, Webster. She gave home a very thorough exam, and outlined a treatment program. I asked a lot of questions, and she took her time explaining her answers. Best vet visit I have experienced for a while.

Our Aussies and us love Dr. Sarah and LAH. We drive from Junction City for such great care and reasonable prices.

Staff fit us which I much appreciated. We were greeted at the desk, they even said hello to my dog. Dr. Connie and vet staff were wonderful treating my dog, super thorough, explained everything and made sure Fly was going to be on the mend. Love everyone at Lebanon, couldn’t be more pleased.

Dr. Schmidt has ALWAYS given our pets excellent care. She and her staff are caring, efficient folk. Hands down, the best Veterinarian office in the valley!

I really liked how Dr. Mary recommended the product that was needed (VetraSeb CeraDerm CK) instead of trying to convince me to also buy the more expensive antifungal shampoo.

Was a good and productive visit

I know my cat won t be there too much longer so I hadn t scheduled his Solensia injection. I called and they got me in right away. Definitely over and above service and care for my furbaby. They re all awesome!!

This was our first visit. We did not have an appointment. My cat had a terrible cough and she was able to be seen right away,(due to a cancelation). I am so blessed and grateful to the staff and doctor for their kindness, compassion, and excellent care they gave to my cat. They were patient and thorough in explaining my cat s diagnosis and the best treatment plan. The staff even called the next day to check on my cat and to reassure me they are there for us if needed. My cat was happy and feeling better the next day, which made me very happy as well.

Thank you for always taking such good care of Buddy and taking the time to answer any of our concerns. He loves coming to visit you!

I love Dr Sarah, I don t want her to ever retire or go on vacation! Just kidding about the vacation, but I don t want her to retire. She s so patient with my skittish cats and always explains everything and answers all my questions.
