Dr. Willis was beyond helpful with my injured kitty. She went above ans beyond to help us save our sweet boy. I can t say enough positive about the experience.

I stopped going to the clinic for a time due to the long wait to see the vet. It was always at least a 30 minutes after my appointment time. After many appointments and having to wait, I stopped going to your clinic. I thought I would try again after a year. NO wait. Great. I don t mind waiting once in a while. But every time was bad. Glad this improved.

I realize things can t be too speedy, but I did wait over a half hour to see the vet. I am impressed by Dr Demmerle, & the dog likes him. Jake was not scared at all. Many thanks. No values seem to have stuck. I checked Excellent on all.

The receptionist did not explain why it took over half hour after my appointment time to be put in a room. The vet was amazing like always but when I came out. The receptionist got an attitude when I wanted to schedule a neuter and dental for my new dog. Said that was not the policy. Sad almost thinking of going somewhere else. If it wasn’t for the vet I would. She needs to be fired

All our pets love Dr. Sarah! Especially Mickey, she goes over all our concerns, and has a great game plan as to treat the needs of our Bulldog! We love how wonderful, and patient all the amazing technicians, and other staff members are! We will always continue to bring our pets to LAH!

DR Demmerle is great with Beau he cares about Beaus well being.i appreciate the fact when i call with concerns they are addressed asap.

It is so hard to get in when you need to, I wish you had more capacity. Loved the doctor is saw for my lamb (Amanda Willis) she was great and took care of the issue, my lamb is doing great!!

Quickest wait time ever! I was roomed almost immediately, saw the doc and was out by 1220 (for a 12pm appt!). Doc Sarah took her time and assessed my concerns (not afraid to touch my defensive Chessie to get a real look). Great visit!
