Covid-19, could not go in.

I really appreciate the communication throughout my dog s procedure. We were sent home with very good instructions and what to look out for.

Dr. Schmidt is such a caring and thoughtful vet. She cares for my dogs as if they were her own. I would recommend her to EVERYONE who has a pet they love!

I never received a call that my dog was done with his bath and I called to check. I was told he was ready to go and paid over the phone. When I arrived, I waited 17 minutes before he was brought out to me. And then after I left (don’t live in Lebanon) I realized they didn’t put his collar back on or bring it out with him. Tried calling to ask if they could set it aside and the phone lines were busy and/or kept ringing. I was a little disappointed with my pickup, as it has never been like this before.

I did feel that I would not get my cat back unless I paid the whole bill right then.

I understand being short staffed . Not being returned with my calls was disturbing. But I love your staff .

Took over an hour after our apt time to be seen. This is very inconvenient. If we were that late for an apt we wouldn’t be able to be seen…

After several attempts to complete your survey, I could not see that my choices were noted. When I clicked on a star it would not highlight. None of them would, so I m assuming there is a problem with the survey? Anyway, the questions don t seem relevant now, since we can t go inside.

I will be much happier when we are allowed back in to the facility with our pets.

I got a quote for getting my dogs teeth done. The quote was hard to understand. The office gal had to leave the phone cause she was not sure either.We got it figured out!

I made the appointment 2 weeks ago just to be sure my cat could be seen. In the past waits were very long. I feel for the Techs having to come out to the cars. It would be nice to go into exam room with my pet. I did go to another vet with my dog so I could get an appointment

Dr. Sarah saved our Chihuahua from heart fail, she stayed at the hospital overnight with him to give close monitoring and care throughout the night. we were very happy with the vet visit and will come back for sure. Due to Covid we were not allowed in the building, so have no idea what the office facilities look like..
