Over priced and the front desk was not nice or helpful.

First appointment for my dog went well. We we re both treated respectfully. Staff was all wearing masks, which is expected but also appreciated. We had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and didn t leave until around 10:30 because we were waiting for blood chemistry results. We were allowed to wait in the exam room, and that was ideal because the lobby was getting full of people and animals. We left with some liquid vitamins and probiotics that my dog seems to like. They also were not outrageously expensive. The testing was not cheap, but that is the case almost anywhere you go. To me it s worth it to know everything is okay. I would recommend Lebanon animal hospital to friends and family.

I did not like how the shot was injected

The wait was super long, took FOREVER to get checked in and the vet tech was no help at all getting the dog on the scale. She was super snotty and barely said a word to me. Honestly not sure if we will be returning after our horrible experience.

I had an absolutely amazing experience. Everything was explained to me in detail and all questions were answered. I was able to fully understand the care for my pup after his neuter surgery. The staff was amazing and caring. I will be returning for all of his future needs and for any other pet I may get in the future.

My cats ears are still sore. I will never have you clean her ears again.

The receptionist wasn t very nice at all.

Appointment for a nail trim was for 2:00 pm. I waited 1/2 an hour before the Vet Tech came to get my dog. When I got my dog back her front nails still looked long to me, the Vet tech said I could file them down more at home. This is the second time her nails have been trimmed long.

I really liked Dr Willis. My entire visit was great. Felt safe with everyone masked up. Also environmentally conscientious.

Everyone was very nice and sincere with showing care. The vet herself was very caring, very informational and complemented on the great condition my 19 year old female cat was. I m glad I chose this place for care of my fur baby.

It was quite a wait when I went to pick up my cat but otherwise all was good.

I called today to try to get to talk to the Vet that seen Fergus on 6/30/22 because he has been scratching his and rubbing his ears.
