I didn’t feel like it was overly warm and friendly in the clinic. More like people were doing their jobs but not that they love their jobs. Also initial appointment was canceled with out a reason the night before and I had scheduled out in advance for that particular day. Also asked about help to spay feral cats on the property and there doesn’t seem to be any assistance in place for this at your clinic

Honestly, having to wear a mask in a veterinarian office is not necessary according to CDC and our governor since it s been proven that masks don t really help anyway. I have medical issues and I was about to literally pass out struggling to breathe for over 30 minutes waiting past my appointment time. I would have gladly waited in my car but was not told I would have to wait for over 30 minutes. Other than that everything was good.

The service overall has gone downhill the last few times I ve been in. Maybe it was COVID I don t know but folks are not as friendly or caring as they used to be. They don t seem as happy. The vet techs especially.

There were several aggressive dogs in the waiting area while we were waiting to be seen. One lady,who was done with her visit, left and put her dogs in the car before she completed her payment but the other did not. I took my dog to the car and then returned to complete my payment but I had my grandchild with me and the dog continued to be very aggressive. I would have liked for them to have either been put in an exam room or asked to put the dog in the car until an exam room was available otherwise it was a wonderful experience. Thank you

Staff was very professional. Unfortunately my dog lashed out at both the Vet and the Tech and the appointment had to end. I was allowed to remove my dog and pay over the phone which I greatly appreicated.
