I really liked Dr Willis. My entire visit was great. Felt safe with everyone masked up. Also environmentally conscientious.

Everyone was very nice and sincere with showing care. The vet herself was very caring, very informational and complemented on the great condition my 19 year old female cat was. I m glad I chose this place for care of my fur baby.

It was quite a wait when I went to pick up my cat but otherwise all was good.

I was very anxious to get in. They had a cancellation and got me in right away. Very helpful and patient.

I called today to try to get to talk to the Vet that seen Fergus on 6/30/22 because he has been scratching his and rubbing his ears. I wanted to get a medication that I could apply to his ears to calm the etching. Your receptionist hung up on me. When we went to pick my dog up I called got answering machine so I waited 20 min then just went in need to make sure we know if we need to call or just walk in

I wish the exam would have been more thorough after we got home our cat seems to be favoring her right back foot

It would be easy to make an appointment online.

I didn’t feel like it was overly warm and friendly in the clinic. More like people were doing their jobs but not that they love their jobs. Also initial appointment was canceled with out a reason the night before and I had scheduled out in advance for that particular day. Also asked about help to spay feral cats on the property and there doesn’t seem to be any assistance in place for this at your clinic

Our service and care for mama was perfect.

Honestly, having to wear a mask in a veterinarian office is not necessary according to CDC and our governor since it s been proven that masks don t really help anyway. I have medical issues and I was about to literally pass out struggling to breathe for over 30 minutes waiting past my appointment time. I would have gladly waited in my car but was not told I would have to wait for over 30 minutes. Other than that everything was good.

The service overall has gone downhill the last few times I ve been in. Maybe it was COVID I don t know but folks are not as friendly or caring as they used to be. They don t seem as happy. The vet techs especially.
