I was super happy. My cat needed to be seen ASAP and they had me bring him in and leave him. The Vet worked him in and even had to do surgery. Really appreciated that they were able to squeeze him in.

Dr. Velbig is amazing!

I had an extremely long wait time. Additionally, the reversed eyelash could not be removed due to inadequate tweezers. This issue was resolved with my previous vet in 5 minutes by tweezing and flushing the eye. I paid $130 for eye ointment and the suggestion to sedate & cryofreeze the hair follicle. Needless to say I will not return.

I had many questions regarding my 12 yr old dog & Dr. Schmidt took the time to answer them. The whole staff has been so helpful & Marcus loves them all.

Sarah Veilberg is the best vet I have ever had take care of my pets. She is so kind and gentle and connects with the pet and owner.

Im really sad my scooby has a tumor in his spleen, Dr Willis has always been good to Scooby we love her.

The staff was great. They worked in my other dog, who needed her booster shot. So we didnt have to make another trip for her appointment. Vet was very thorough and great with our dogs.

We re sad to hear that you re losing one of your doctors she s going to be soooooo missed but we understand. We wish doctor sarah the best! We hope doctor Schmidt will be around for awhile. You ve been so good with all of our pets for so many years.

Dr. Willis, had a caring and friendly demeanor during our visit. She explained what was going on with my pup and answered all of my questions. After, my appointment I called with follow up questions/concerns and received further instructions for my pup. I am very pleased with the service I received.

I know the vets office is short staffed at the moment. We arrived early for the appointment. so it was our fault we had to wait. We rescheduled our original appointment due to the shortage of staff. This is understandable and we were satisfied with Ham and Chickens care. Thank you all for the help!
