We were unable to see a provider as the 2 dogs were there to get their rabies shot. The staff went out of their way to treat the animals while staying in compliance with the Government sanctions. Very good job!! I felt safe.

the waiting time is ridiculous. not only the waiting time to get taken back for your scheduled visit is ridiculously long and after the apt- having to wait to pay your bill is ridiculously long as well as you have to wait for the tons of people checking in or people that just came in to buy stuff.

I asked to have my Dogs nails trimmed. I was not happy with the way they were done. It looked like they were done by a child, that had never done it before.

The doctor didn t really examine my dog prior to giving her the vaccine. I didn t have any concerns, but if I didn t have a veterinary background there might have been something abnormal on my dog that I wouldn t have noticed.
