Don t know if office was clean, because I didn t go inn. But sure they have a good office

We came to have our dog s toenails cut And when we left, we were charged almost $200. Our dog had cuts on his lip & he hasn t been the same since. I m afraid they broke his spirit. I did do know that they weren t very nice to him, because as the tech told me, he was a very bad boy . I thought your staff would be professional enough to handle a 25 lbs dog. And to be charged almost $200, what an insult!

The waiting room could use an adjustment to accommodate two people at a time through this virus season. Luckily it was a pleasant day outside to sit in my car. The 30 minute wait in the car waiting for my dog to be taken inside was OK this time. And waiting while the dog was being examined was OK this time. If it was very cold and raining and snowing I would not go through with the appointment

Great service and lots of compassion for pets and their people!

The prices should stay the same from what your quotes to final. They should also give a cone for dog surgery and not charge my card for it after I leave.

I was more than satisfied with the care, the time the vet took explaining things to me, and the friendliness of the staff.

The Dr. That cared for my dog has made a patient for life. She was unbelievably kind and knowledgeable.

I think that it would of been nice to of been informed from the beginning that it would be a while. I was there for a vaccination and the entire things took an hour. Which I understand that with the new procedures the process would be slowed down but to of known that I would be called and notified when the vet was done then I could of ran an errand or got a coffee while I was waiting. A little more communication about the process would of made the waiting more bearable.

I very much appreciate Dr Sara Vielbig as our vet.

I believe not being able to be with my pet during exams stresses them and myself more than normal. If we all wear masks I see no reason why we can’t go in facility with our pets.

I do not know what the facilities were like because they had a great system down due to COVID. Worked very well.

I just appreciate that you allowed my wounded kitty to be treated for his wounds and given antibiotics on such a short notice and were able to work him in on your busy schedule. A million thanks! JB

(+++)I love Sara as our Vet. She always explains everything thoroughly. (---)Because of COVID-19 we had to wait in the car, it seemed a lot longer waiting time than waiting in the lobby. Sophie s appt was at 3:15 pm. I arrived 3:05 pm (10 min early) and did not hear from anyone after checking in that it was going to be such a long await. It was well after 3:45 pm before anyone showed up at my car to check and see if I had Sophie. Would like to have had an update before waiting that long.

Not able to enter the facility

Due to COVID19 no one enters the facility for now except the animals and staff. But the facility has always been clean and the staff are good. A lot of new staff so they don t know everyone like the ones who retired did, hopefully they will get it. It made it nice to come in, that s one of the reasons we stayed with them.

I am extremely satisfied with the courteous and friendly help I received with my little chihuahua Diego. The treatment given by the doctor gave him immediate relief. I m a very happy doggy mama.

Difficult to rate facilities fairly due to Covid restrictions.

I absolutely loved our visit. Even though I couldn’t go in the staff were incredibly friendly and informative.
