#6 marked N/A because of inability to go into office due to Covid. However, they have always been clean in the past, so would not think otherwise. We so appreciate the staff at Lebanon Animal Hospital and love Dr. Vielbig!! That s why we continue to travel there rather than find someone closer to our home in Turner.

I m assuming you are re-opening business which would explain the long delays due to Covid limitations. The staff is really friendly and Veterinarian was very knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with. She took excellent care of my much loved kitty! Thank-you.

Took my dog for the first time here was very satisfied with the staff and Vet. Unfortunately the first I went was during the Coronavirus lockdown, so am unable to comment able the lobby and staff inside of facility.

Everything went well. Given the circumstances I understand that owners are not allowed to accompany their pets into the exam rooms, however this was our FIRST visit there and I was not given any info about my puppy. Does he look healthy? Is he an appropriate weight? I received his shot record and his rabies tag, I really would have at least been told if he seems OK or if he needs another appointment to look over him. Otherwise staff was friendly and I appreciate them.

I just want to say that I have complete confidence and satisfaction with the care of my pets at your clinic. I feel like family when I come in and need your services. I say this with many years, many veterinarian experiences, and many pets!

Because of the Covid virus I wasn t able to go in with my 2 dogs for their annual check-up and shots. When I got the bill for services 1 of my dogs received a rabies vaccine when he had 2 years left from his previous shot the year before. They had his records, he had his current rabies tag on his collar, and I had not told them he needed it. I had spoken to 3 different people about what was to be done for them and still they made a mistake. When I called to ask why this happened I did get an apology and was told it would not be detrimental to his health. Still, if that kind of mistake was made what might happen in the future. Very concerned!

The staff was very friendly, but I question the thoroughness of Dr. Willis. I had to bring my pet in multiple times to be retreated because I kept finding issues that surprisingly seemed to have been missed by the Dr. I don t find this to be fair to my pet that had to suffer for longer than necessary or financially to pay for multiple visits and procedures during these difficult times.

Great service with all the precautions necessary during the virus outbreak. Good choice to see the customer in parking lot and talking with vet on cell. Thank you so much for being open and responding to our dog s needs. Also for the after surgery followup!

I appreciate them more than I can express. The have taken great care of my fur baby and he is on his way to recovery. The extra care they show in this difficult time to protect their staff and clients is wonderful!
