I just want to say that I have complete confidence and satisfaction with the care of my pets at your clinic. I feel like family when I come in and need your services. I say this with many years, many veterinarian experiences, and many pets!

Because of the Covid virus I wasn t able to go in with my 2 dogs for their annual check-up and shots. When I got the bill for services 1 of my dogs received a rabies vaccine when he had 2 years left from his previous shot the year before. They had his records, he had his current rabies tag on his collar, and I had not told them he needed it. I had spoken to 3 different people about what was to be done for them and still they made a mistake. When I called to ask why this happened I did get an apology and was told it would not be detrimental to his health. Still, if that kind of mistake was made what might happen in the future. Very concerned!

The staff was very friendly, but I question the thoroughness of Dr. Willis. I had to bring my pet in multiple times to be retreated because I kept finding issues that surprisingly seemed to have been missed by the Dr. I don t find this to be fair to my pet that had to suffer for longer than necessary or financially to pay for multiple visits and procedures during these difficult times.

Great service with all the precautions necessary during the virus outbreak. Good choice to see the customer in parking lot and talking with vet on cell. Thank you so much for being open and responding to our dog s needs. Also for the after surgery followup!

I appreciate them more than I can express. The have taken great care of my fur baby and he is on his way to recovery. The extra care they show in this difficult time to protect their staff and clients is wonderful!

Some of the categories didn t apply during this lock down. However, I was happy that Maple was seen, her ear infection diagnosed and she is responding to the treatment. Thank you for your help. I look forward to things returning to normal.

We were unable to see a provider as the 2 dogs were there to get their rabies shot. The staff went out of their way to treat the animals while staying in compliance with the Government sanctions. Very good job!! I felt safe.

My experience was very positive even though we’re in a time of social distancing I was able to receive the care my pet needed.... Thanks!

We used you when we first moved here. We lost our beloved Capri almost 4 yrs ago. You all were amazing when I came in and made the decision to put her down. I can’t thank you enough for your support through that process. And we are happy to be back with our newly adopted 6yr old lab mix Kynlee!!

the waiting time is ridiculous. not only the waiting time to get taken back for your scheduled visit is ridiculously long and after the apt- having to wait to pay your bill is ridiculously long as well as you have to wait for the tons of people checking in or people that just came in to buy stuff.

Just wonderful, everyone was very helpful and they take great care of my fur babies!
