I cannot get the stars to do anything. I had a very good visit. Silversword s tail is slightly higher until the part where it just goes limp. He s still not getting on the couch but he gets on the bed which is higher. He says thank you for not saying he was fat just big footed .

Lebanon Animal Hospital’s physician’s and staff are wonderful

I had a 4:00 appt. I was the only one waiting. I didn’t get seen until about 425. The front desk gal called to the back 3 times saying there was an appt up front. Otherwise it was a great visit!

The Vet that came in never introduced herself. We were suppose Dr. Schmidt, but she wasn’t available. It’s always nice to know who is the Vet.

You guys are the best my pet is having the best sleep in a long long time no kore itching or chewing. Life changing.??

I was so happy with the vet who came out, we will be having all of over animals seen by her. Very very happy,she educated me on Goats, I feel much more at ease.

I appreciate the care, and time they give to my two dogs. We moved from Lebanon to Albany, and I still want to keep going to Lebanon Animal Hospital because it’s the best!

I was late. Trouble gettin cat in tow. Staff as always was very courteous and we went right in. I have brought my cats and dogs here for over 30 years and i have never had a complaint.

The appointment felt VERY rushed. I was the first customer of the day, so there shouldn’t have been any catching up to do for time. I’m a new customer and the vet didn’t take the time to really introduce herself and left the room before I could ask my questions. I thought the vet technician would answer my questions at the end of the appointment, but she was too busy so the receptionist had to do her best to answer them. I’d like the appointments to be a little longer so the vet can make sure the the customer doesn’t feel rushed. If I don’t see an improvement at the next appointment I go to I’ll be looking for a new vet. Customers deserve the time and services they pay for. I want to know the vet is being thorough with examining my pets, not just rushing through to see as many pets as possible.

This is a very professional veterinary clinic. From the receptionist to the vet tech to the veterinarian -- each was very courteous and knowledgeable. Very clean and well organized.

Dr. Sarah is an excellent doctor and a caring human being. I hope she will be working at LAH for many years to come.

It would have been helpful to have more of an explination as to the side effects or purpose of each procedure. I was not explained to me that my puppy would be lethargic, poop worms, diarrhea, etc after the deworming. Overall, better communication would be appreciated. It would also be nice to have a calender or reminders given to navigate when I should be scheduling puppy appointments or administering medicine. A broad outline was given to me but it was confusing to figure everything out. Maybe a detailed summary of what was said during the appointment?

We were very happy with the exam Dr. Schmidt gave our new dog Bandit. She spent the time with us and answered every question. Your office staff was very responsive and we look forward to having you care for Bandit.

I really appreciate Dr. Vielbig s kindness and devotion to the animals she cares for!

The checkout procedure needs some help. I think the people who are usually at the check-out desk were at lunch and those doing the check-out hadn t been adequately trained. Several of us had to wait a very long time to pay and leave.

Always ask us if we need prescription food or refills on meds. We forget a lot and could use a reminder.

Appointment was for 11am, didn t see vet until 11:30. Too long of a wait.

It was wonderful that you provided me with the estimated cost sheet for the surgery for my cat. Thank you!

As always, a pleasure to visit :-) Sabu might disagree, as she didn t appreciate the needle stick, but what can you do - being vaccinated is always a good idea :-)
