I miss the contact with the vet when I bring in my pets to you. No complaints with the vet tech and her assistant but it is very reassuring to get a few minutes with the doc.

Cerah and Jordan were incredible during my visit with Taffy. Cerah was able to spot the issue and knew where to explore. Her findings will ensure we can take the appropriate steps to keep Taffy healthy and able to perform the job she loves for many, many years to come. I have never been disappointed with a visit to this clinic. Whether it be with a horse, dog, cat, goat, etc. There is always someone knowledgeable on hand that wants to help. The front-end staff are always lovely to deal with and are ready to help, answer questions or get the answer you need!

I was in for an emergency visit at 2 am. I had called twice that night. Once at anround 12:30 and was told to come in at 8 am. By almost 2 am my dog wasn’t getting any better and I was worried so I called back and the emergency vet met me there at 2 am. I felt terrible for making her come in so late but she was amazing. Checked out my dog and gave me medication and sent me on my way. She did a thorough check of my dog. As much as she could on her own. Turns out my dog has kennel cough and she’s on the mend. I can’t thank her enough for giving me a piece of mind at 2 am.

We ended up waiting 1.5 hrs for our dog’s ear to be looked at. If emergencies come in, the booked appts should be given the option to rebook rather than having to wait for 1.5hrs, especially when we live 1/2hr from town.
