Jazz drags me through the door, gets on scale to get weighed, and waits anxiously to get petted and recognized by her “ friends” at the clinic. She has separation anxiety, but no problem at Barr-North! London likes everyone, and trots off happily for shots, check-ups and even nail trims. Been associated with this clinic for 50 years! Obviously a very satisfied customer!!

The main area and waiting area the floors could be mopped a bit more frequently. In understand the clinic is a busy busy place. It’s just my opinion but every animal and person that is coming in from where ever and can bring it various things or problems that might effect other fur patient. Also the rooms that you wait in for the vet should be cleaned in between patients. Again just to mitigate what the next fur patient might sniff or lick up from previous fur patient. The staff are always so polite and courteous I enjoy bringing my fur baby to the clinic Everytime.

Staff was great but I didn’t have any idea who the vet was -might have been nice if she let us know who she was
