My situation was deemed non-emergent at the time I called in. Had that assessment been incorrect the 3 week wait time for an appointment could have been detrimental to my horse s well being. Having said that I also realize the clinic is very busy & the staff are doing their best under the circumstances.

I tried to change the appointment date and was told that it would be an extra $50 because it would be considered an emergency, even though I called 2-3 weeks in advance. I’m glad I got my cat in while under a year or it would have been more money. Times have changed in this industry, which is sad. I’m very happy Janet is still there, she’s great.

We appreciate the vet the came out on a Friday evening to help us with Molly as she are 10 inches of a shoe lace. The Dr arrived very quickly and evaluated the problem very quickly.

I would prefer to stay with my pet and have the vet offer first hand advice instead of just receiving a report card. It s like taking my vehicle to a garage except that when something is wrong the mechanic actually takes time to actually see me and discuss options

Fantastic equine vet ! As a equestrian for numerous yesrs we are picky on our vets when it comes to our horse as most are athletes whom we have invested a lot of time and training into and your vet was kind , caring and knowledgeable exceeding our expectations, will definitely be back with all our herd !.

I love the staff at Barr north. They’re so friendly and accommodating. My dog is a reactive, anxious German shepherd. I hitch is of note, because the staff take the time to ease him into things and give him time to adjust. I can’t recommend them enough!!!

I am grateful for the people at Barr North they not only help my dogs but they ease my mind. Thankfully my last visit showed nothing wrong but the dedication and compassion to ensuring the health and well being of Rawley was wonderful. They made room for him even though they had a full day. And I am grateful that it was nothing serious. Thank you for helping me give the best care possible to my puppies

The floor in the clinic was a little and there was a lot of animals in there at one time. I understand it was busy as all heck but with there being a bit of a parvo virus uprise, maybe it should be cleaned more often cause people can bring it in on there shoes or boots.
