We were camping in the area with our dog and unexpectedly needed immediate vet services after our dog was attacked by 2 other dogs. The campground manager referred Barr-North. We were able to bring our dog in right away which gave us peace of mind. The staff was very helpful and explained everything to us up front. They were patient with us in a stressful situation. Our dog was well cared for and his wounds were treated. Thank you! We are very appreciative.

This location should have rooms so that clients can be present during vet examinations of our pets. We do not like being away from our pet during vaccinations and exams.

I felt listened to and felt my concerns were addressed. Caring and kindness demonstrated to my dog during annual assessment and shots. I left feeling extremely satisfied with the experience. Thank you so much!

Excellent Service. Cerah is always exceptional to deal with and the Tech Jordan is such a nice and friendly lady I always look forward to bringing my horses in to see these 2! Another horse vet like Cerah would be amazing, and help take a pressure off her, not that I’ll be switching!

The techs were awesome and were very patient with Piper who isn’t exactly user friendly. He is however walking around better with his nails clipped So again thank you for looking after my fur babies Molly Rawley and Piper look forward to their next visit.

Staff are very considerate of the animal’s health, behaviour and needs. Their patients are top priority.

Love Dr Cerah and all the staff I deal with regularly is helpful and friendly. Recently had an issue when I had to have a prescription called in to a pharmacy(ai live 3 hours away), and the the girls kept at it until it was all sorted out!

I have brought all my animals here and have never had any problems. Everyone is so kind and so caring no matter what the reason you’re there for. I will always bring my pets here. Truly amazing.
