Overall, I was happy with everything. The doctor was very helpful and did a great job in explaining everything and demonstrating how to administer the medication. My only complaint is that we weren’t seen until almost 45 minutes after our appointment time, resulting in being an extra hour for examination…. Not a huge deal, and normally I would have dropped her off and picked up later, but today that wasn’t an option.

Dr Isabel was super great and took the time to explain things .Definitely will go back to her again !! Only thing that I was disappointed about was that I would like to be in the room with my dog when he is being checked . That made me feel uncomfortable..it s like taking your child in for a check up and and not being able to b there for them and to see what the Dr is doing . I get it for emergencies but not for a check up .

Wanted cats dewormed. Didn’t know procedure was that I would have to do it. Perhaps this should be explained prior to pick up of animals

I m really not happy with the inability to see the vet with my pet. I don t mind wearing a mask if it s for health protocol post Covid but not being present when one of my pets is being examined and treated is stressful to both myself and my pet.
