I miss the vaccine certifications we used to get. Staff was friendly, efficient, skilled and had excellent people skills too. They reached out per my request on the app and helped me get a time that worked for our family. Wonderful service on all fronts.

Always a pleasure taking my dog and cat to you. Staff very helpful and respectful. My dog had a nail trim appointment, I am supper satisfied with results. My enquiries to micro chip my cat were answered so that I am able to make a good decision.

Staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and compassionate. Only small irk was not being acknowledged or greeted in arrival. Few people standing in waiting area, hadn’t been addressed or advised it’d be a few mins despite someone sitting at a desk near the front. (I know you guys are always busy, just would be nice to be acknowledged of arrival and someone would be with (us) clients asap.) Not sure if you have dedicated staff for the front desk, but that would surely be a bonus!! Otherwise, 5* for all care provided, and all staff that we dealt with. ??

As always Barr-North took care of my little angel and they have done with all of my animals. The staff is always friendly and very nice.
